I used to like this place alot until i realized they r real ripoffs. The staff is very nice but the owner/​manager is terrible. They r way overpriced. I get the same job done and even better at so many other salons for literally HALF the price. Last argument was i was charged $ 80 for gel tips andi had told her i get them somewhere else for $ 45! She argued and said no and i went away on vacation came bak n she said gel tips r $ 60! They r complete rip offs and they dont even do a good job plus they dont know how to do nail art n dont have a big color selection. Never ever again!

Too bad they changed owners! The new owners ECCO– I witnessed the most unprofessional display ever! Two women walked in, one a walk in, one with an appointment. The owner took the walk in first and the other woman questioned it by referring to her appointment. The owner was visibly rude and then laughed about it with her current client she was working on. How dare she is what I thought. But the woman sat down to get her pedicure, and sure enough the walk in was being treated first. The woman voiced her disappointment. She was very vocal and really caused a scene. But I say BRAVO! Enough of these nail salons and their rudeness and their bad behavior. I’ve been to ECCO twice. Once I had a terrible pedicure where the girl just rushed through it, didn’t do a thing short of clipping and changing polish. No cuticles, no massage, nothing. The second time I witnessed this scene where the owner was rude and unprofessional and when she was confronted, didn’t do a thing about it! ECCO just opened and the new owner is nasty and unprofessional. Her poor customers that had to witness that customer’s fury! I was one of them but will never go back now.

I have been going here since for years! Love this place. The girls that work here give amazing mani/pedi’s. I don’t know what the secret is, but my toe polish stays on for weeks, chip free. I also recommend the shellac nails. The girls are pros at it. Definitely the place to get your nails done. :)

Not my favorite nail salon but next best for just a quick good manicure pedicure. Always pretty happy with the service but never wowed or amazed. They are always updating little things and do lots of homemade décor which gives the place character. Color selection is ok, not a crazy amount of shades but they should have a similar color you are looking for. Prices are not posted on the wall like other places.
