Walmart Supercenter

This is one of the worst Walmarts I’ve been to in a long time. It’s layout is confusing and I have to say the employees here are more rude and less helpful than any I’ve encountered in a while. This was one of those stores with 1,000 lanes, but only two of them are open… you know what I mean? Also, this location does not have any self checkout lanes at all which I was surprised by.
I ran in to grab a carton of eggs since I was grabbing dinner nearby, and I felt like half the light bulbs were burnt out and that I was wondering around aimlessly trying to find my way you the egg section. I was kind of creeped out and certainly wanted to get out of this place ASAP.
Oh and don’t get me started on the conditions of the bathrooms… yuck!

I love Walmart. Everything you need for the lowest prices… BUT they NEVER have enough cash registers open!!! There will only be like 3 registers open with 10people in each line. Absolutely ridiculous!

The customer service is the worst. 2 checkouts open and multiple employees standing around chatting. Asked 2 people for help in fabrics and no one ever showed up.

This is one of the worst wallmarts I’ve been too. They never have lanes open but maybe two and you have to wait forever to get checked out. They also don’t stock enough of things. If you want a new released movie but are three days late don’t bother going they more than likely won’t have it in stock. They take forever for car service too. Just got my oil changed and it took 1.5 hours.

Empty shelves. Nothing you are looking for seems to be in stock. Close this dump down already.

What a horrid store this is. Why do I keep coming here? Just a couple items I said. Been standing in the express lane for ten min I give up nothing’s moving.

Avoid this store, awful service, filthy nasty floors, shelves empty, long lines!!! One star is way to much for this store!

Where to begin with this store.
1) Always long lines at registers
2) No help available, you need to run around the store to find an employee just to get some paint
3) Produce is typically bad
4) Milk is always close to expiration date
5) Customer Service has long lines
6) No one is at the Money gram desk during normal business hours
7) Most customers who shop at this location is either on some type government assistance, haven’t taken a shower in days, on some type of drug, or is stealing something from the store
8) This store Is always in the Middletown Journal for Police calls for having stuff stolen from it or some type of argument going on.
9) Employees are disgruntled by the lack of hours they get, and always being short on staff.
10) Merchandising and Shelves are typically mess and empty.
Most people in Middletown stay away from this location, and instead shops at the Meijer, or Target near by, and if they need to go to Wal-​Mart they will drive up I-​75 to Franklin to shop where it is nicer.
Personally I am surprised Wal-​Mart has not shut down this store due to the crime, like it did with the Trotwood Ohio location.
