Our Verizon contract was up and we needed new phones so we came here. Wish we had read the other reviews first. We came in and waited for«solutions specialist» Nicole L who had waited on us previously. We thought it was the right thing to do because she seemed nice and we thought she deserved the commission. What a mistake!!! She didn’t back up my phone, or ask if I had, so now I don’t have old ring tones that I bought. But worse than that, she didn’t actually update our plans so we had none of the new features, and we’re working with Verizon to straighten it out. Because of her ineptitude we were overcharged by more than $ 30 and had to deal with Verizon by phone. This is truly an example of no good deed goes unpunished.

Came to Verizon because they did not fix a billing error they made when I bought new phones over the phone. I had to wait in line and could not expedite my easy fix while others bought phones. Manager did not even have an interest in helping. Waited 45 minutes for a 3 minute billing fix. Their system of checking in is awful!

No one to take a return you still have to log in and wait in line. I don’t recall Verizon ever doing this. I don’t understand I don’t want a new phone or plan and now I’ll have to wait forever to make a simple return(with a receipt). Maybe I should have gone to the Newburgh store. Honestly they should have more people
