You definitely have to stop by here if you’re looking for a quick bite on the go. Great food and fast service. You can customized almost any order. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The food tastes like it was made in your own kitchen. It’s always fresh and tasty. Thank you bagel shop!

This is my bagel spot in Middletown. I’ve tried the rest and Bagel Corner & Café is the best around. The girls at the counter are all friendly and helpful… I want to be their friend! All of the food here that I’ve tried is excellent from egg sandwiches to French toast to bagels to sandwiches. Prices are reasonable and they have a section to sit, read a paper, watch tv or schmooze with the lovely ladies.

This place is FANTASTIC. We stopped here on a drive back to Boston from Bethel Woods and the food was amazing. I got the chicken bacon ranch sandwich which was made with a freshly made chicken cutlet and piled high with delicious condiments. The staff were all extremely friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Yes, this place IS as good as everyone says it is.
The good: Whenever I travel I always check out local places on Unilocal to find a good spot. My fellow Unilocalers certainly did not let me down this time.
This bagel shop is a hidden gem in an inconspicuous building in one of the lesser travelled parts of Middletown. The selection may seem limited, but their bagels are delicious and the other fixing will leave you quite satisfied.
The prices are VERY reasonable, or maybe I’m just used to the ridiculous mark ups in the DC area?
The bad: It got quite crowded after we got there! Which may have been the reason our food took a while (and the only reason this isn’t a five star review).
Four out of five for an awesome local bagel place with super reasonable prices.

Probably the best bagel/​breakfast place I’ve been to in Middletown. The girls at the counter are so helpful, as this was my first time going and they took the time to go through some of their favorites and the different options I had to choose from for breakfast. And I can safely say this will be my new «spot» to go to in the mornings that I am out in town. The prices are amazing and the portions are great! I had the 2 eggs platter and it came with a good amount of bacon, home fries, and toast all for 5.99! Can’t beat that. My son had an egg and bacon sandwich which he enjoyed for 2.00 ! (And he is very picky). They’ll definitely be seeing us again !

Love this place. They’ve got great food and the owner takes the time to know her regular customers and welcome new customers. The sandwiches are always delicious as are the bagels I love the flavored cream cheeses especially the olive. If you’re stopping in during lunch hour and are in a rush I suggest you call in your order ahead so it’s ready when you are.

Great selection of food and breakfast all day. The people were very nice and attentive. Decent prices great selection of drinks and chips. It’s a bit chilly in here but other than that great place if you are indecisive of what to eat.

My favorite go-​to spot for breakfast in Middletown. Their service and rapport with customers is amazing. After a few visits the staff knows your name. They are also super accommodating with custom orders and substitutions and they give a nice discount for students from the nearby med school. And if you call ahead they’ll have your order waiting for you, so you can be in and out and back to your busy day.
My favorite thing to get is bacon egg and cheese on a toasted everything bagel with hot sauce. I’ve never had a bad experience with it.
Their buffalo chicken sandwich is hearty and is good enough for two meals honestly. My only complaint was that the one time I got a pastrami sandwich the bread was a little too greasy from the amount of butter used when grilling.
All in all there’s no better place for breakfast in Middletown. It’s no surprise I’m here at least 3 times a week.

Gf and I were in town for wedding. Stopped here after craving some breakfast sandwiches. What a great decision and impulse on my behalf. Turns out we stopped there a day after that because the jalapeño bagels were outrageously good.
Absolutely best bagel place I have had the pleasure of visiting. Run by a hard working owner and you can taste the TLC in her food and recipes. She needs to charge more for the food because we would consume it at any price.

Good breakfast sandwiches but make sure you have the counter person repeat back to you your order. Wrong sandwich given but Too hungry to wait for a new sandwich so I ate the one given. I brought it up to the person at the counter’s attention and no apologies, just a blank stare. Maybe just not a good day for her. Coffee weak so don’t count on that being the beverage to help you wake up.

We were staying at the Hampton Inn a few miles from here for a wedding and were seeking a good place to get breakfast. These bagels are amazing. I had a sausage, egg and cheese on a jalapeño bagel. The service is great and staff is very friendly. It was such great food and the people were so nice that we decided to stop in again the next morning before heading back to NH. If we are back in the area we will stop here again, for sure. I wish they were in NH!

Holy smokes this place makes good bagels. The bagels, the cream cheese, the bacon/egg/cheese’s, everything has been great. Whenever I’m in town in the morning… usually after and early morning fire call, I make sure to swing by here. The customer service is wonderful. The ladies behind the counter are extremely pleasant. I need to try and come here for lunch. Def. give this place a try.

Food: A great place to start your day with awesome breakfast options. They make amazing breakfast sandwiches on a bagel or roll I suggest a jalapeño bagel, it’s awesome with bacon egg and cheese. They also have hot plates of omelettes, pancakes, and etc.
Brew: No beer here but they have your morning and soft drink essentials.
