I’m so disappointed of your bad service, my niece had birthday waiting for Elsa, the character that we paid for to come at 5.30. My niece, her friends and the family were waiting for hours and no one shows up or call to cancel. How you make little kids cry??? I do not recommend them, we were calling them no one answer the phone is off, and the voicemail is full.
