Nu Image Mobile Auto Detailing

Bought a groupon at their Charlotte, NC location
They rescheduled the appointment twice before finally showing. The job was a step above the local carwash thats on every corner.

I bought a Living Social deal. These people have not returned emails and are not receiving phone calls. Smells like a SCAM!
Dont buy!

I am thoroughly unimpressed with my experience with this company. I made an appointment with them to have two cars detailed, and on the day the cars were to be detailed, I received an abrupt email that the dealer that was to detail the cars was sick and I’d need to postpone. I waited a month and a half to get an appointment, and made special arrangements to have both cars at home only to receive this email the morning of the appointment. Several attempts to contact them via their voice mail have gone unreturned. I’d look elsewhere.

Very impressed– I called Nu Image this morning at 11: ish, and as of 8:00pm, my car looks new. The communication on Nu Image’s part was great, letting me know when they were en route, and they truly make it easy on you. At right around $ 85 ($ 90 with tip), I found the service affordable, convenient and professional. Would recommend without hesitation!

Nobody will speak with you live on the phone. The machine will direct you to email them for an appointment. After days of waiting for a response I left a voicemail asking for an appointment. I later got an email letting me know I am now on the waiting list.
I inquired about how long this waiting list is. I would be #47.
This was not mentioned in the groupon.
I could drive to a local detailing place and be done in 4 hours. This company won’t even make an appointment… I’m on a list and they will eventually let me know.
I’m pretty sure they won’t last long.

Totally satisfied. He was a little late but called to update me.
My detailer was very respectful and thorough. He didn’t rush at all (he stayed longer than the allotted time) and was meticulous. I had some tough stains inside and outside and they are all gone. I have looked all around the inside and outside of my car and have no complaints — everything is like new!

I just tried Nu Image and it was great. Marvel, my detailer, showed up neat and clean with all the necessary tools very organized. He was very polite and professional and went right to work. He came to my home but, I was told the service goes ANYWHERE! My car was a little funky after a camping trip to Florida and needed a pro touch of TLC to get it ready for taking my mother to Indy. He shampooed all the carpet and upholstery, did a meticulous job of vacuuming, I can now see clearly out of all my windows, and even the tires look shiny new. If you don’t have the time or inclination to really cleaning your car well, call these experts to do a professional job without having to leave you car because they will come to you.
