We could not be more pleased with the job from Hardwood Direct. John took on the job of converting our stairs from carpet to hardwood. Unfortunately, the builder had left many surprises under the carpet when the house was built 13 years ago, that John had to correct to make sure the job was done correctly. We could not be more satisfied with the final result. Great honest people doing a great job with results as they had promised. What a refreshing concept!

Hardwood Direct installed hardwood floors in our entire first floor and installed new hardwood stairs to the second floor. We are beyond satisfied with the quality of the workmanship, their care and professionalism while working in our home, and their sincere interest in providing the highest quality work and experience for us. The floors are beautiful, the craftsmanship is exceptional, and the cost was extremely competitive. We are thrilled with the work that John and his team performed. And, we’re going to have them back to do the second floor in the Fall! We highly recommend Hardwood Direct!

Just wanted to thank John and his crew for doing an amazing job! Our new hardwood floors are beautiful and so easy to maintain. Everyone on the Hardwood Direct staff was friendly and professional and we were so impressed with their attention to detail as well as how clean they left our house each night during the installation process. Our biggest concern was the expense but Harwood Direct prices were fantastic. Wish we had done this sooner and are planning to have more rooms done in the future. Would highly recommend Hardwood Direct LLC!!!
