Gentle Touch Body Care & Salon

I am new in town and trying to find a nice salon within these parts are hard. I bumped into this salon driving my daughter to school and its appearance caught my eye. Took my chances booked my appointment with the lovely Judy. My brows are amazing after! She has a special hand for eyebrows. I will try to look into other services the place offers. Recommend to anyone in the Middletown area.

I was in town for a wedding and wanted to eliminate stress and get my hair and makeup done (because I consider myself inept in both the hair and makeup departments…) I was not a bridesmaid, just a wedding guest, so I was the only one from the wedding that went to this salon. Everyone I interacted with (there were 3 ladies working at the time I went) was pleasant, welcoming and made sure I wanted for nothing. They offered beverages and conversation, and kind complements with the end result (which, I must say, looked amazing). Cathy did such a wonderful job with both my hair and makeup and was so personable and sweet. You can tell she loves what she does and that she takes it very seriously. She was open to my requests for small changes, but she pretty much nailed what I had envisioned on the first try! I would highly recommend this salon, and Cathy in particular! The location was not what I expected– just keep an eye out for it or you might drive right past it!

Best salon you will ever go to! The owner Judy is extremely friendly and the services are great. You won’t find another place this upscale in the area, I would not go anywhere else. Get your hair done by Jen, you will not be disappointed!

I got married just this past Friday, and I am thrilled with the services provided by Gentle Touch Body Care & Salon. Specifically, Cathy for doing my bridesmaids hair and for doing my hair and makeup. She was absolutely phenomenal! Judy was also spectacular with the makeup she did for my bridesmaids. They gave us exactly what we wanted and suggested a few things to make us look even more beautiful for the big day. I am so thrilled with how everything turned out. I would definitely recommend them!
