Worst place ever. They are horrible at communicating what you’re going in for. The front desk bitches are the rudest cunts I’ve ever met. The place needs to be fucking shut down. If you can’t do your job correctly then go work somewhere where you don’t interact with people. Horrible.

The worse service ever front desk rude, unprofessional staff, something had to be done, or have them investigated.dont. Deserve even one star, but I couldn’t get the review if I didn’t tap on a star, so that’s it, hope whoever runs that’s business reads the reviews

Most unprofessional office ever! Where suppose to fax a referral a few days before my wifes surgery amd never did. Had us waiting until they opened to fax the referral only to be told there computers were down. When i tried booking an appointment the week before I recieved the same excuse. Extremely incompetent!

First, when you walk in and sign in at the front desk nobody even says hello.
I made an appt with them for my first time about a week ago. My prenantal dr told me to get a check up and cleaning. When I made the appt I told them I needed a cleaning but a filling broke. I asked if it would be ok to also bring my last xrays I recieved in May. They said yes but would also need clearence from my Dr on what meds they can use. I drove 30 mins to my appt today. I arrived 10 mins early. When signing in I had to request a new client form to fill out. Then waited 20 mins and they called me in. The dentist coughs in her hand as she walks in and doesnt wash them. Grabs gloves and starts looking. Then tells me they wont do any fillings because Im in my third trimester even though my Dr cleared me for it. Ok. I still figured that was reasonable. Then she tells me to go back to the waiting room and wait for my cleaning. I wait 20 mins more and the dentist tells me Im not on their cleaning schedule. I told her that is what I made he appt for. Then she walked away. I figured she was squeezing me in and waited another 20 mins. I watched walkins and clients that came in all called in. When I inquired at the front desk they said we can give you another appt next weds. So basically they were just going to let me sit there. When I tried to explain to them that they made the mistake and I shouldnt be punished to drive another 30 mins on Weds while my schedule is overloaded with Dr appts as it is being the end term of my pregnancy the hygenist comes out and starts yelling at me in front of their other clients. This is the most unprofessional office I have ever had the displeasure of walking into. How are they even in business?! Also, a man walked in and said he wanted a cleaning and the secretary yelled across the waiting room to him, «you still on medicaid?» Isnt there something called HIPPA practice?! Sorry this is so long but people need to know this place is really bad. Check their ratings on yahoo local too! People were getting infections from them and I’m really not surprised but kinda feel lucky I didnt get anything done by them after all.

Dear God. Never ever ever again if I can avoid it will I go to a dentist inside a mall. I dont even know who my dentist is! There are so many. The whole visit is so impersonal its embarrassing. AND if someone has an appointment at a certain time and they arrive 15 minutes early, there is no flipping reason why they should have to wait more than 90 minutes from appointment time to be seen. This practice is totally unacceptable, inexcusable and just plain rude. The front desk should at least have the courtesy to advise of how long the wait is (for the appointment you arrived early for) so you can peruse the mall while you wait instead of sit there in the «waiting room» of 2 bench seats or outside in the mall walkway… Waiting for all of eternity. I am ashamed I say I came here at all. And good luck getting an appointment anywhere near the day you inquire. Maybe sometime in the next two months.
