If I could give ZERO stars I would. It was horrible. The food was nothing short of something that could be made out of the frozen food isle at a supermarket. With that being said it took them OVERANHOUR to make four small kids meals, a chicken wrap and a crispy chicken salad. And it was not busy at all. This is the second time I’ve been there and the service was horrible. I thought maybe it was just a bad day. Turns out it wasn’t it’s just the way it’s run. Needless to say I won’t be returning here or recommending it to anyone.

They did not give me what I ordered and was still charged on bill very disappointed in service and food quality. Would not recommend.

I have dined at this Restaurant on three separate occasions. All three times the food and service was good. It’s a nice family restaurant. My family and I had a great time the last time we went there. Look this is not a 4 star restaurant. So do not have those high expectations. If you are seeking a nice casual dining experience then this is the place for you.

The service today was horrible, this place has good days and awful today is the latter. one nothing has gone right, too long a wait, something foreign in the Orange slammer which was black and it’s been awhile since ive ordered and still waiting! :-(Well the Mac & cheese pictured is not the one served fyi. Had to wait still as service was slow. However the manager did come around as usual and we expressed our concerns she listened and knew it was a rough experience. She acknowledged this but still did nothing!

This place is so nostalgic to me. I used to come here when I was little to get those cute little upside down clown-looking ice cream sundaes — the kind with the awesome Reese’s Pieces hidden at the bottom under the ice cream. This time was far less magical as we waited for about 5 minutes at the host booth for a table with one family ahead of us and no hostess to be seen. We didn’t see anyone coming so we opted to go to the take out window instead to get our ice cream. I’m glad that we did because after we had ordered, gotten our ice cream, and eaten it, the people ahead of us in line were still waiting. And the place was EMPTY. It definitely wasn’t because of a lack of tables. Anyway, the ice cream itself was still good — it had that super fake tasting whipped cream and while there were supposed to be cookies for toppings, it was more like cookie dust, but all in all, it was satisfying. Just wish it had been a little faster service-wise.

I’ve been going on and off to this Friendly’s for years. The standard for me is the patty melt, but I’ve had other good dishes there, surprisingly the salads are quite decent. The ice cream, is of course the best, the black raspberry has always been my favorite. This is a standard, family friendly establishment. Servers are friendly but can get busy. Recently they also started a Saturday-Sunday brunch 8am-1pm(?). We walked into the ending of it today, when we came for lunch and it sounded like it would be decent, especially for kids.

I know it’s Friendly’s, a chain restaurant the Service is always so bad!!! I don’t understand how after all these years they can’t seem to understand how to arrive at a table to take drinks within the first 5 minutes of sitting down?! You’ll be lucky to see your server twice during a meal. Now, the issue must be management. Our last server was this young kid who took forever and on our way out he was helping in the kitchen make food! HE is supposed to be front of house — keep him there and get your management @ass back behind the grill! Also, keep the soup warmer — it was cold last time and I had to send it back. Perhaps take away from this place would be a better option. Ice cream is always good though!
