Very upset with the treatment we were given tonight. We walked in at 530 and was sat right away. We ordered two margaritas and queso before they took our dinner order. The waiter said it was happy hour til 6 and our drinks were half off. We proceeded to
Order (I won’t even begin that we ordered once but they brought out the wrong food twice). Then we waited 10 minutes to get our Check after we asked for it. We walk up to pay and the manager checks us out, my friend proceeds to look at her bill, while I’m paying mine, and tells him our drinks aren’t half off. He said its 630, it’s not happy hour anymore. She then says «we ordered these before 6!» He then says «our machines don’t lie and this was rung up after 6.» At this point she says «wow we won’t be back, we didn’t order after happy hour and your guy barely got our order right, it’s not our fault he rang it up late. » The manager then just says «ok». Really manager ! That’s all you have to say
And risk losing a customer over a $ 3 charge ! Really !

Service could have been better, but I’m still giving five stars. The food was exceptional. I’ve been wanting enchiladas, and they were great! My spouse had the Polo Loco and she said it was really good too. The owner or general manager made sure to stop over and say hi and welcomed us like family. That doesn’t hurt the rating either. Stop in, try the enchiladas, and say hi to Leo!

Why did it get a 3? I was in a good mood, I wanted Mexican food but it was ruined before the food even got to us BECAUSE the table sitter greeted us with a very unwelcoming attitude. It was so bad my girlfriend complained about it the entire time we were eating dinner. She sneered, and told us to move, can you follow me to your table? I’m like wtf is your problem? My girlfriend made a complaint when I told her to let it go but she needed it to earn her piece of mind back. Food great tho!

This place was terrible. It was hot and nasty and I don’t believe the A/​C was working. I had 2 20oz Margaritas that were so weak that i didn’t even encounter a little bit of a buzz. In addition, the service was terrible and it took them 10 minutes to bring me a glass of water. Wish I could give negative stars.

Delicious Mexican! I love their salsa. Great service. Some of the best Mexican cuisine in the area.

This restaurant has some of the best customer service ever. I come here with my dad about once a year. Tonight I came alone and the fella at the front recognized me and asked about my dad! He is a star here and he is consistently in a fabulous mood. It puts me in a good mood! I’m also vegetarian and they prepare anything I request and it’s very good. I highly recommend the chile relleno. Mmmmm. Also I love the art here. It’s everywhere. A great place for sure!

Very friendly people, great food, fast service, and good prices. I eat here often and love it every time. If your looking for a good Mexican restaurant this is a great choice and you won’t be disappointed in the choice.

good service but thats it. burrito has beef or chicken in it only. taco same way, beef or chicken with a bit of shredded cheese. thats it, no lettuce or any toppings at all, if you want toppings, its extra. had a combo plate and drink $ 16…will never go back. and that was with no toppings…

We were on the road and wanted some Mexican food. So we did a search and found this place in Middletown. i knew of this place but had never been here. It was the only Mexican place around the highway so that made the decision for us. The food was good and the margaritas were big. I would give this place a second try just to make sure about it.
