I gave these folks a terrible review due to their unreliable and irresponsible behavior. Someone from Head Office called (I will not post his name) and assured me that he could see from the records that the local Erlich operation had messed up. I was set up on a monthly treatment schedule, and but the local operation «never had my services in their system.»
This head offce person told me that due to their mistake, he would comp the treatments for the rest of the season for me. Well, guess what: I am now being hounded for «unpaid invoices» for the treatments that were supposed to be comped!
These guys are incompetent, unprofessional, and do not appear to be able to schedule Christmas! Do not use them. Go elsewhere if you value your your house — or your sanity!!!

Fernando Hernandez was our technician for a pair of yellow jacket nests near our attic. We found him to be professional, thorough and responsive. He called us to make sure everything was okay the day after he left and when we were still having an issue, he came back immediately. He explained everything in detail to my wife and she couldn’t stop raving about him and the experience.

Excellent customer service, so very nice and pleasant on the phone. I love the quick response with our pest issue. Very thorough and neat. I would highly recommend to any one that needs to get rid of pests in their home.
