This CVS has a problem keeping the shelves stocked. They are almost always out of whatever it is I need, especially if it’s on sale. The pharmacy is the slowest I’ve ever dealt with, it’s not uncommon to have to wait a full day to be able to pick up a prescription that’s called in, and that’s really just unacceptable… especially when the Stop and Shop pharmacy one block away can do it in 20 minutes.
It’s the closest CVS to my house, and it’s open 24 hours, so it’s got the Washington St. location beat there. But I just wish they were more on top of things and had a little more focus on customer service.

This is our local CVS. It is open 24 hours and the pharamacy always does a good job with prescriptions — we never have to wait too long. I think that the photo processing is average, and overall, the customer is average.
