Cumberland Farms

Easy to fill up here and despite being in a prime location near the beach they still keep it at a decent price .
Somewhat frustratingly, the pumps require manual squeezing, there is no lever to keep it running. The 10 cents discount advertised is only for people who hook up their checking account, home address, and phone number to a cell phone payment app. I decided it wasn’t worth the hassle.

For $ 1.06 you can get a coffee any size with any amount of creamer or caffeine shots… yeah that just happened, mind blown!
Now that we made it through that, this Cumberland farms is what you expect from a convenient store /​gas station. Drinks (only non-​booze thanks Rhode Island), chips, snacks, smokes, etc…
It is the only gas station by the beach and within a half a mile radius. They have one of those air hoses for your tires and those little tree air fresheners.
The staff is pretty good and they have an atm (the fee is north of $ 2).
Keep your eyes peeled, because they have some wacky but great deals like buy a drink and get an energy tea for free or buy two pepsi 20oz and get a bag o’ chips.

Cumbies is the closest and most convenient gas station to First Beach (Easton’s), Second Beach (Sachuest), and Third Beach (Middletown Town Beach) so this is the place to fill up if you’re in need of gas here. Conveniently, it’s actually one of the cheaper places to get gas on the island too, so that is an added plus. It’s moderately busy here but most of the time you can fill up and leave in a reasonable amount of time. It’s worth your while coming here to get gas for your ride home instead of getting ripped off towards the bridge.
