Sadly, it looks as if Crustini’s(formerly Prosecco’s) is closed. My guess is that it is not open due to consistency issues. I can relate to both Rhea K’s pan and the 5-star reviews. When Prosecco’s was good it was very, very good. Owner Tommy and his cousin Dominic established a world-class bistro in the first days. But there was so much turnover of their usually wonderful waiting staff and so many misses in the kitchen that it became a gamble — which Prosecco would we get tonight? Once when we went in after a slow period, we had a meal that reminded us of the days we fell in love with the place. Tommy explained that he was now in the kitchen himself cooking and exercising quality control. We had high hopes for a return to the old standards. The change to Crustini’s was not our favorite, but the menu changes were not radical and the quality was mostly high when we were there. Then we kept passing it with lights out. Sad. We think of Tommy as a friend and we know he can cook. Hope he and Crustini’s bounce back. In the meantime, 28 East Enoteca in Keyport has a similar plan to the original Prosecco, a little more upscale but still reasonable in prices and BYO — I’m wondering whether its proprietor, Dominic, is Dominic from Prosecco’s.

I don’t usually give 5 star reviews, but I can’t believe how under rated this place is. I think maybe its just the location. The food here is ridiculously good. I’m Italian and have been raised eating home made Italian food. If you like Italian food, go eat here. Each meal is made to order down to the sauce. The owner Tom and all the staff are very friendly. Everyone I’ve brought here loves this place. My only wish is that they get more attention. I know very few Italian restaurants that have as good of quality food, but the prices here are totally reasonable. Love it!!!

Been here 3 times and every time has been absolutely delicious! Everything is fresh and you cannot go wrong with any of their homemade pastas. I tried their pizza for the first time on my last trip there and the margahreita pizza was amazing! Since everything is made fresh don’t expect to get in and out of this place quickly unless its just pizza. You will enjoy your time spent here though! Looking forward to the next time!

This used to be Prosecco. I was told same owner, changes to menu. Space is the same(including the decorations). It is unclear why the name was changed other than to distance from the reputation of the prior operation. When we arrived we were only the second table to be filled(it was early). By the time we left there were 5 or 6 tables filled. There was one waiter/busboy serving the space. It was difficult to get his attention. We had to ask for drink refills and had to wait a long time after getting the check for him to take the credit card. When our meals arrived, my teenage son found several long hairs in his veal marsala. Once we got the waiters attention he was unsure what to do and asked if we wanted him to take the dish back. When we said yes and asked for a fresh order, he complied. The rest of us were nearly done when the new plate finally arrived. No adjustment on the check or further mention or apology for the issue. Food overall was Okay, nothing great. Our view of the kitchen allowed us to watch the chef use the microwave repeatedly as he prepped orders. I doubt we will return.
