This is definitely my Absolute Fav Chipotle in the Hudson Valley! James is the best! Customer service on 10! James was very personable and helpful to us Out-​of-​Townes! He offered helpful suggestions and pairings! Although this Chipotle is about an hour away, I will be returning to this location again! My chicken burrito bowl was tops! James needs a promotion and a raise! Seriously, above and beyond! You have a new regular customer!

I believe I ate here Jan 9th around 6pm (approximate date) I had a salad bowl (or is it called the burrito bowl?) what it consist of was steak, pinto beans, lettuce, sour cream and spicy Hot sauce.
It was quick, clean, since I had never ate there before… I asked what she would recommend and went with it.
And NO FOOD POISONING OCCURRED
Great job on customer service, and overall cleanliness that day.

I thought this Chipotle was pretty good. Service was fast and courteous. Food was fresh and the burrito tasted delicious. I don’t have any complaints about this location.

The two employees behind the counter didn’t listen to anything you said. Seemed to be in their own world. The woman in front of me had to stop them three times from putting something she didn’t want on her food. The employees ask you what you want and doesn’t even make eye contact. I asked for extra cheese but didn’t get it. He ended up putting something I didn’t want on my food I tried stopping him before he even got it off the spoon but he was in his own world. When I said I didn’t ask for that his response was «oh well, it can’t hurt.» I should have asked him to remake it but at that point I was too aggravated after the rude treatment I received I just paid and left. I will never be going here again.

Chipotle is not that great a place, but this one really sucks.
Get a Burrito and you get a load of soggy rice, no real meat and they are always out of everything.
Or you can choose to get served in a dog bowl, but why would you want to?
This place is all hipe.
Better Mexican food at Taco Bell.

Food was good, Service was decent. Place is always packed but well worth the wait. My burrito was a little skimpy on the portions but tasted good regardless. My eating ares was clean and thats always a plus when choosing to eat out.

Been to many chipotles in the past and my burrito is always the same. so Big that it can barely close sometimes. This chipotle in middletown is good. Sometimes the line can get long but for the most part, the line goes quick. I always get the same thing whenever i go to any chipotle .My only complaints i have are sometimes the chicken is overcooked and the tables dont get wiped down as often.

I really enjoy Chipolte food, but the service in this store is way to slow. I don’t come here often as I only come when I am passing through and I have to say that the service is slow every time. This is ungortunate, but maybe that is how they do things up here

After waiting in a long line I placed my order. As I move down the line to pay one of the ingredients was still cooking and I had to wait longer than promised. The manager realized this and credited the charge for the item when it was ready. Excellent customer focus and policy. Too bad the food is a version of Mexican food, so called healthier Mexican food that is missing the flavor and texture of real Mexican. I’m disappointed I wanted it to be better. The industrial interior is not comfortable, warm or welcoming. It has all the charm of a prison cafeteria.

Ordered on the app today, and received possibly the smallest chipotle burrito ever. I mean it was literally the size of my phone, pathetic. And that was double chicken, which I doubt they even did since it was an online order and they figure they could get away with it. The portions at this at this location keep getting smaller. My bag of chips was even skimpy. Staff is the usual overwhelmed and unfriendly. Probably done coming here after today.

Long, long, lines! Be prepared to wait for your food. It is a slightly smaller chipotle than most I have visited. In addition, they were out of their veggies so had to wait another 5 minutes for those to finish cooking.

Wasn’t surprised to come on Unilocal to review this HORRIBLE Chipotle location and see that it only has two stars (I’ve NEVER seen one below 3.5 before).
I received the TINIEST burrito I’ve ever gotten from a Chipotle here. They refused to use full scoops of ingredients, only getting about ¾ of a spoonful and not even putting all of that in the burrito. They ignored me when I would ask for a bit more and finally when I got to the end of the line for the cheese and sour cream, I simply held up the entire line until the guy actually looked me in the eye as I asked for a bit more cheese.
Usually my burritos (without even asking for extra) are bursting tortillas and it can get kinda messy. THIS is what is expected of Chipotle. All of my friends that I was with had very small portions as well.
I tweeted Chipotle to no avail, but they seriously need to quality control this location — it’s horrendous!

Cold. Stale. Messy. Rude. Did I mention cold? Why is there black beans in the sour cream and corn in the white rice and cheese in the guac? Why is the man making my bowl yelling out questions and spitting on the food? Why is the first bite of my food already cold? And whyyy are my taco shells stale! If this was my first impression of Chipotle, I would be horrified.

Such a disappointing location. Was here today and they didn’t have guacamole! How can that be?!? There are worse things in life, I totally get it and I’m willing to put that in perspective, but it does stink. To their credit they have signs in the window stating they are out of some things due to circumstances beyond their control. But, when I asked an employee on the way in what they’re out of, he said nothing yet and that the signs were there in advance of them expecting to run out of stuff.
Regardless, I’m surprised they are having issues with their supply chain and I can see from previous reviews that this is not a new problem. I will keep coming back because ultimately it is Chipotle and I like it but it would be nice to see them get their act together.
