We recently purchased an expensive backsplash from Bob Wagners and contracted with them to install it. Unfortunately, the installers made an «honest» error and installed the interchangeable backsplash vertically instead of horizontally. The owner (Matt Wagner) called us and immediately resolved the matter «beyond» our satisfaction. He even called the following week to check in with us. Although an error was made, the installers performed excellent work and Bob Wagners «STANDS» by their work. They use superior products and customer satisfaction is their priority. The salesperson/designer, Pat Botag is excellent.
