Arthur’s Barber Shop

Great local place, Anthony does a great job. I’ve been twice each time it’s been a pleasure. Just plan on waiting, however its well worth the wait!

I have barely started going here last year because it is near my university and I know this place is a keeper. I had no idea what I was getting myself into but decided to give this place a try since I was new to the area.
The place is quite small but good enough for me. It usually has one-​two barbers working there. They both are very great barbers from what I have seen. The price for a normal haircut is $ 18 which is not bad for the quality you are getting.
Also, this place is very local-​friendly. Lots of the people that go here have been coming here for years. They have grown a friendships with the barbers which is so cool to see!
I would definitely recommend this barbers for those who are not quite from the area of Middletown. I do not regret coming here!

Arthur was friendly and respectful, and gave a great haircut to boot. Would definitely recommend.

Arthur’s is a traditional walk-​in barber shop with no appointments available. Be prepared to wait at least 45mins to an hour if you don’t get in early on Saturdays. That they don’t take appointments may keep some away but you can chat with the barbers, watch tv or read the papers and magazines while you wait. Once you’re in the chair you will be able to get a great trim or whatever you like in about 10 – 15 mins. Not open Sunday and Monday. Minimum haircut $ 17. There are only a few parking spots available in front of the building and you can park on the street otherwise.
