Amazing staff and service. A great value for what you get. My mother was living in a home that was almost double the cost that definitely was under par compared to Arbor Terrace. Everyone from our initial contact with the sales team to the move in team to the on site Meriden Care to all the people that work there from housekeepers to waiters have really been nothing less than amazing. My mom is so happy and so well taken care of– I feel good knowing she is around people who truly care about her wellbeing and will go out of their way everyday to ensure she is happy healthy and comfortable.

Very «empathetic» sales tactic turned out to be fake, at least for me. In my opinion, this is nothing more than a high-​priced hotel, cramming seniors into micro-​sized rooms and feeding them 3 times a day. It seems to be about the money and not much else.
