Very pleased with the service this company provided. They came out and walked me through the process, gave great advice and were very timely. We are really pleased with the outcome. Our windows look fantastic. We hired this company and had the blinds and drapes installed about two years ago, so thought I would put in a review on how well everything has held up. Good quality and great company to work with.

I had assumed that my blind needed to be restrung but in fact, the technician showed me that there was a simpler problem and demonstrated for me the correct way to raise and lower my blinds, which should prevent it from happening in the future. He could have told me anything and I wouldn’t have known any better and would have paid for a more costly repair out of ignorance. I wish I could remember his name, but he was professional and friendly. So I appreciate the honesty, as well as the fast service. I will definitely use The Window Valet in the future and recommend it to friends.
