Bait and Switch tactics at its finest. Thought I was signing up and saving money for Dish when I was at a show in Milwaukee. The girl showed me the flier for $ 39.99 — 12 month special for the Top 200 plan and when I look at my e-​mail the following Monday it really was going to $ 74.99 plus boxes and everything else. I called Dish Network and cancelled the install and my account with no issues. They even sent me a confirmation e-​mail that the account was cancelled. 4 days later I spoke with Sandra at Star Satellite when she called to confirm the install. I told her that I had called Monday to cancel and she said that they still have to charge me since they ordered all the equipment. Equipment that they could use on another install I told her so they weren’t out anything. They still charged my credit card. They should be called Deception Satellite. I recommend you call direct to Dish Network or Direct TV if you want satellite service.
