He helped us navigate around a more complicated situation which included a previous short sale. This allowed us to purchase a home 1 – 2 years earlier than we had planned for! Jason was always available to explain each step in the process and made sure we were fully informed with the ins and outs of our loan and situation. To make things even more complicated, my husband was living in CA. Jason walked us step by step through the power of attorney. I was able to send them all the documentation needed, and we closed in under 30 days.
Jason did a great job in a fairly tricky situation, and got us an amazing rate. I highly recommend him!
