Lesilve Apartments

When I found out we were moving to the Madison, Wisconsin area because of my husband’s job, I was excited! Not so excited to learn that I had only one week to find an apartment. I ended up looking at over 20 apartments! Yes! 20! They all started to look alike. There are many nice apartment homes in the Madison/​Middleton area. But, when I walked in to the leasing office at Lesilve, I encountered what sets these apartments apart from all of the others. Yes, the apartments are very nice. The price is about the same as many. The grounds, pool and underground parking are lovely and well maintained. But it is the STAFF that makes this place feel like HOME right away, even if you are brand new to the area. Shannon, the manager, has a wonderful, rare mix of warmth and professionalism and Andrea (his fabulous assistant) is just a joy to work with. My skeptical husband wanted to go with a similar complex that was not quite as nice but cheaper in price. I talked him into just taking a peek at Lesilve and he didn’t even have to look at the unit to agree with me. He met Shannon and Andrea and said «I see what you mean!» It was not an act that faded after we signed the lease. We lived there for a year, and they took good care of us! Free breakfast in the morning! Wine cheese and chocolate parties! Kind words and help with whatever we needed! Shawn, and Dean, who are also employees who fix things are kind and professional and helpful as well. It was always peaceful and you could not ask for a better location. We were pretty sad to leave when my husband was transferred again. The apartments were very nice, clean and up to date.
