This is a small neighborhood gym. Unstaffed most of the time, few/no group classes, and definitely no group spinning, yoga, pilates, etc. Convenient, well-organized, very clean, and nice equipment. Super staff & management. Never too crowded. Expect the typical gym sales strategies (e.g., fees are not advertised, they push the really long-term memberships, and there are one or two hidden fees that you don’t hear about until you’re sitting in front of the contract with the pen in your hand). Priced higher than you’d expect for a small, basic gym.

Inflexible corporate policies. If I still didn’t have a year to go in my membership, I would have walked away on the spot.
I signed a two-year membership and was going here for a little more than a year. I started attending another location more during summer and my account was automatically switched to another downtown location. I was paying for a service at this location not offered by the other club, yet I was being charged for it.
After hearing about policies and procedures that were seemingly outside of anyone’s control at this location-where I was a member for a long time already-the new Anytime Fitness location helped undo this billing error.

Just joined AF– first time fitness club member & am very happy I did. Friendly & very helpful staff, variety of people working out from newbies to muscle heads. Clean, well functioning equipment. Only downside: just 2 bathrooms which can be a problem at busy times.
