One star is FAR too much for these folks. I was a guest at a wedding serviced by this company. How many times did they mess up today??? At least 3 times. For $ 650+. Yeah. So first — the bride and groom were supposed to take a limo to their ceremony from the hotel. The limo broke down. It happens I understand. But the shuttle that came to get them was then late and took an additional 45 minutes to circle back and pick up the guests waiting at the hotel. The guests and part of the wedding party arrived late for the ceremony, resulting in a delay of the ceremony and reception for all guests as we could not begin until everyone had arrived. Fast forward to a few hours later. End of the night. Shuttle scheduled(by contract) to pick guests and the wedding party up at 9:45pm to bring them to the hotel. It is now 10:00. No shuttle. At 10:20, three people call the company. One is informed that the shuttle is two minutes away. Another is told that they just heard from the driver — 5 minutes away. And the third is told that the shuttle will be there in 10 minutes. 11:15. We call the hotel to ask if there’s a shuttle that can bring about 25 of us back to the hotel. They unfortunately do not. They recommended a car company that could help. We called them — they were very helpful and amenable to our needs. But then the original company called us back and said they’d be there shortly. The shuttle finally arrived. We had a great ride back to the hotel — thought it was all good. We arrived at the hotel and were told by the driver that we owed the FULL payment before he could leave. We apologized to the driver who was very nice and explained that after the extreme delay and rude mistreatment we had received from his superiors, we refused to complete the full payment. A member of the party spoke with the company and they agreed to a much lower rate, due to their SEVERALMISTAKES throughout the day. Then when they asked to set up the payment, the woman hung up on us and did not call back or answer our subsequent calls. The company then informed the driver that he had to stay until full payment was received. The driver then called the police, who came and required payment of over $ 600. The police understood that the company had breeched their contract and recommended we pursue the situation further with legal counsel to get our money back due to breech of contract. However, they were unable to help us out in the moment. After a day of stress and heartache due to this irresponsible company, I advise anyone considering their services to reconsider. Please.
