We called Ultimate Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning because we wanted a sectional sofa cleaned and pet deodorized. Steve, the owner, responded promptly to our call. Upon arriving to our home he assessed the need, gave us a fair estimate, and came fully prepared to work. The end result was a job that was nothing short of fantastic. The pet deodorizer he used was non– chemical scented, instead the sofa smells fresh and of citrus. The drying time was minimal, and in addition, he took great care to protect surrounding furniture and carpets. I would definitely use again.
