Don’t bother trying to work with Atlas or any of their affiliates. I bought a new Lennar home and was told I would get a great deal on movers because they had an agreement with Atlas. And I’m sure you would get a great deal, if the company ever bothered to return a phone call or email. I called and spoke with someone 4 different times, and each time I was told I’d be contacted shortly/​the next day. Never happened. I went with a local company instead and ended up paying more because I was waiting so long for Atlas to get around to acting like a business.
