If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This poor review is not for the food, but for the incredibly rude service.(the food is 3 stars… good burger, nothing mind blowing…) I’m not even talking about our particular servers… just one employee in particular, and the past two times I have ventured to this place she has been the hostess… not sure if she is a server, manager, or hostess. In May, my husband and I went to grab a quick dinner on a random Wednesday night around 7:00pm with another couple. Upon walking through the doors we were met with an icy cold stare by this particular woman behind the host stand. No «Hello» no «How are you,» just an icy cold stare, as if I was burdening her by simply walking in to the restaurant. Not being a fan of awkwardness, I say, Hi there, there will be 4 of us for dinner, and we would like to sit outside if possible. Instead of a «sure, follow me» I am answered with a heavy sigh and an eye-roll from the short haired middle aged woman. I then answered«If that is a problem, we can go someplace else.» Just then a sweet younger girl swooped in and led us outside. I chalked it up to this lady having a terrible day and let it slide. Fast forward to this past Saturday night… My mother in law, sister in law, and 8 year old niece were in town and my husband and I wanted to take them to dinner where we could be near the water. We notice the parking lot is packed, but decide to try our luck anyway. Upon entering the foyer, we notice there is a private party in the large dining room, but there were two full tables in the bar, and 4 or 5 empty tables. I walk up, and the same middle aged woman is behind the hostess stand. Again, no greeting, nothing but an icy stare, as if we were doing something wrong by walking into a restaurant. I start to say ‘hello” and before I was even finished this woman barked ‘RESERVATION?” I said, no, but we have 5… and before I could finish my sentence she barked again ‘Well, you NEED a reservation.” We are booked solid. I then inquired about the 4 or 5 empty tables in the bar and she, not so nicely said«We have one reservation for 7 coming in and there is no room. I again asked about the empty tables, and she said rudely ‘Listen, we are packed, we have this private party in the dining room…» No mention of a wait time, which we would have patiently done, no sign on the door that they were closed for a private party, nothing. I turned around to leave, but by this point I was so irritated that this woman was so rude I turned and faced her and said«you know… you are not very nice to people when they come in here.» she started to retort, but another patron(not with our party) interrupted her and agreed with me. Then our party(5) and the girl who interrupted the hostess and her party(about 6 or 7) left. I have never been treated so rudely by a restaurant employee in my life. I would suggest to the management, owner, or whoever, to get rid of this cancer of an employee. With mediocre food and terrible service, good luck surviving. I will never be returning.

Poor slow service, server with attitude, cocktails ordered with premium liquor took forever and tasted like cheap well liquor, avocado onion dip was white and tasted like crab dip, server argued it always look like that, roasted beet salad had canned beets and metal shavings on top, the chicken breast was 4 chunks of rubbery meat, everything took forever and was mediocre at best. Watched many health code violations, and tables leaving tired of waiting for service. A big disappointment for all 4 lunches the TAB sandwich had brown avocado, 1 slice of bacon. We Will not return!
