I LOVE the salon. I went in to try them out because I’d heard they had gotten a few new stylists and I was not disappointed! Michael and Abby are phenomenal with hair, and Kelsey killed it with my nails! They make sure to go the extra mile to make sure you’re happy!

I was so excited to have an Ulta open in Michigan City. I live in Chicago and in Michigan City. I love my Ulta location in Chicago and was looking forward to the MC location. I made an appointment for a manicure right away. I arrived and the store looks great and as always a great selection of products beautifully merchandised. I checked in for my manicure and was told it would be a couple of minutes while the tech finished doing the hair of another client. I walked around and then ready a magazine. It now was 30 minutes. I stood up and looked over and was told it would be another couple of minutes. I asked if she wanted me to come back later and was told it would be a couple of minutes. After another 15 minutes I walked out. I get it the store is new, but clearly this was just bad service. Too bad, I had high hopes. I guess it’s back to the salon at Blue Chip for me when I get a manicure in Mich city.
