Jiffy Lube

Hmmm! What a shit hole! I came in for an oil change and was taken care of right away. Now a customer came in to complain about a previous serve that he had. It was suppose to be guaranteed. The kid helping me told him that he called his manager and there was nothing he could do. The customer asked to speak with the manager and he was told he wasn’t going to be in until tomorrow and there was no way to reach him? Who did you just talk to? So on to my horror story. they took my filter out and it was charcoal black. But when I told him that I had a lease plan vehicle, they put it back it? I have had it changed before, all they had to do was ask me! Then they pulled my vehicle out of the bay into the front and left the hood open. Apparently, they had another customer that was more important and decided to finish my truck outside? WTH! When he was finished on his cell phone, he then thought it would be a good idea to get me out of there. When I was driving I looked at the oil window sticker. The mileage showed 1000 miles less then what was on my odometer for my next oil change! I’m going home!
