We have never received the correct order. Trying to order is always a frustrating process here. It’s just not worth the frustration, I’d rather cook. That was the last chance, will never try again. Save yourself the agrivation and just avoid this location.

I ordered stuffed crust pizza and 2 liter online to get special pricing. When delivery came I was charged double what the advertised price was, received no soda, and the pizza was cold with little amount of toppings. Driver told me to contact manager which I did. Manager was very nice saying they would credit my account and my next order would be covered. Today I attempted to place another order and was told they have no record of the managers credit she promised. I love Pizza Hut but this location is really bad. Try another location for better luck on price, quality, and honestly.

I only put one star bc it wouldn’t let me put zero. Ordered it tonight for my family and it was the worst pizza we have ever had in our lives. Tasted bland and just gross. Wish we had gotten Dominos!

Just to start off if I could give 0 stars a would! I ordered a «Big Box» 3 weeks ago from the E. Central Ave. location, and said it would be about 30min for delivery. No biggie until I had to call a hour and a half later to check where the order was. Then once I received the order the pizza was cold, wings were barely warm, and the upgraded cheesy bread sticks were the only thing that was near a decent temperature. Called the location back to complain because the driver notified me that his manager was suppose to call which never did. When I did call the place and get a credit for my order they never entered it into the system. This place is a complete JOKE! Pizza Hut just went down the drain for me!

So I ordered a pizza from this place, and because I live so far away, I had to pick it up. That’s not that big of a deal — but the fact I ordered a Chicken Supreme Pizza and (no, I’m not kidding here) got ZERO chicken makes this place suck — plane a simple. The toppings were lacking, and again, there was no chicken. Come on people! I ordered a chicken supreme — surely one would think «hmm, I think this should include chicken eh?».
The taste of the pizza wasn’t that bad (minus no chicken and weak other toppings) — but I’d recommend staying away from this pizza joint.
