Avoid the McDonald’s by the Dayton Mall. Staff is rude and completely incompetent. Waited 10 minutes after ordering a coffee, then had to pull up and wait even longer because they didn’t have any made. If I wanted to wait 15 minutes for a black coffee, I’d go to Starbucks.

Have been having some good luck with this location in the way of proper order until today. Ordered 9 mcdoubles, 6 plain. Got 9 mcdoubles, 4 plain and not one of them was tagged. One member of my party is allergic to the condiments one member just dislikes the stuff and the amount they apply.

Went back 3 times today and they still didn’t get my order right! Two double cheeseburger meals. That was it… after the 3rd time I finally said forget it and left. Ended up with 4 fries, a cheese burger and a double quarter pounder… how hard is it to count!!! I won’t be coming back here ever. Ended up just not eating lunch because I had to get to work.

for what it is Mcdonalds is pretty good. this place makes not too greasy food. they have always been friendly and fast with the service. the place is pretty clean inside, you can always find a clean table, and the bathrooms are nice. this Mcdonalds has been here a while and is a really nice Mcdonalds!
