Chuck E. Cheese’s

I’m not saying this is the best pizza and entertainment I’ve ever gotten, but I can say that the value is great for what they offer. Let me qualify that with a little background about myself: born, raised, school, yada, yada… visited NYC! NYC is known globally as the pizza and cheap entertainment capital of the world for a reason! New York has thousands of pizza places for you to fold and slurp on. It also has entertainment on Broadway, and some of the original pizza rats. While there I went to several pizza places that would knock your socks off ($ 5 – 20)! Saw Wicked on Broadway ($ 300). And saw countless rats teeming in this bustling metropolis (free)! As a native New Yorker for the time that I visited Chuck E. Cheese, I took offense to the blatant ripoff in the atmosphere (bright lights, noises, screaming, people living in pipes), the cuisine (pizza pie), and the pizza rat (O.G. pizza rats represent NYC!). No way can it compete! Gabiche? For the entirety of NY has the recurring theme of pizza, entertainment, rats. So even if you can’t afford the pizza and entertainment, you’re still basically in a Chuck E. Cheese regardless. NYC for life!

Games and cost for games are great however we waited for over an hour for a cheese pizza on a night that literally had no one there.
Games good, wait time for food unacceptable.

Wow!!! This place is like a zoo. If you don’t want your kids to be pushed aside by older teens, want to wait in lines and be surrounded by thugs then this location isn’t for you. Worse experience ever at a Chuck E Cheeses. Well at least I was able to show my princess how not to act and what happens when you don’t have discipline, structure, being happy and working hard for your money. Wish management cared that my little 5 year old girl was pushed by a large group of unruly teens.
Monday 3:45 pm. Just left complaint with corporate. She stated my concern will be shared with the district manager. She also offered me a gift to try the same or different location again. I’ll update.

We’ve just walked in to the best looking Chuck E’s in the area! This place is huge! There are tons of coin operated toys for all ages and interests, crawling tubes, and mascot Chuck E. (mouse) is walking around engaging the crowd giving away free tickets and dancing. It’s great! This one is much cleaner and much better maintained/​operated than the one in Springfield (phew!) and our kiddo is happily playing his heart out. Their salad bar looks fresh, food is being rotated it appears in a timely manner and our pizza came out looking awesome, not overdone. Chuck E. Cheese win!
Upon walking around I discovered some unique games and displays not present at other locations like a classic ride I remember enjoying as a kid and a miniature working train station encased in safety glass. They have clean bathrooms with sturdy baby changing areas, very modern or newly renovated Im guessing, just comparing to other locations. In addition they also have a family bathroom where everyone is welcome, men and women.
After our last horrible experience with the location in Springfield this one has been a huge breath of fresh air! Hooray! Highly recommended, lots of parking, what more could we ask for?
UPDATE: We spoke to what seemed to be a manager after our evening on the way out to compliment how clean the place was for how busy they had been. We noticed several people on the floor at any given time cleaning the place up in rapid succession, really, this place has a great team system working and we wanted them to know we noticed! The manager let us know this was actually the busiest night they have had in around two years, which says a lot to us, being that they kept the tables, games and common areas clean and tidy despite the anomalous rush. The last location I went to had trouble cleaning within the normalcy of day to day operation in a small town to boot. This one however, absolutely has it’s game face on and it’s stuff together! I love it! It makes me not afraid to order a plate for the salad bar, hehe. The other one, I wondered if I would end up getting some food borne illness like e. coli or something! Anyhow, had to add this. It was a great night.
