A tribute to my Love for my 300^th Review
Dearest Chez Maldonado’s aka The Love of My Life,
Your breakfast-​brunch @ home on the weekends just ROCKS my world!!! It’s always healthy and cooked with oh-​so-​much love, which just makes it taste so much better.
We always have eggs (either sunny-​side up or scrambled), sausages or ham, and a veggie patty from Morningstar Farms (from the frozen section — they are Vegan and super YUMMY!). Sometimes you make it in a wrap, which I have come to adore (this was your concoction and I had to try it), or sometimes we just mush it all together on the plate. Either way, its absolutely delicious and nutritious!
«Power Breakfast» as we’ve come to refer to it, is the only way to get my weekend mornings started! After eating that amazing breakfast of champions, I pretty much can go the whole day doing things, running errands, house duties, beach, etc., with the perfect amount of energy throughout.
Thank you so much, Chez Maldonado, for taking me in and making me stellar brunches every single time.
