I ordered sparklers for my wedding 2 weeks before the wedding date, payed extra for 3 – 5 day shipping and never received them so we had to scramble to find some a couple days before the wedding. We called, left messages and emailed them multiple times with no response! No customer service at all. Would never order from them! And we still haven’t received the sparklers in case you’re wondering.

I placed and order for sparklers and sparkler tags. After 3 weeks of having my order still«processing» I called the company. He said that they had already been shipped but they would resend. I only received part of the sparklers. I tried to call back, left voice mails, after 1 week was able to reach someone on the phone. He informs me that they were out of the rest of my order, no tags. The wedding is now like 3 weeks out. I was supposed to receive a refund… no refund. And guess what. I STILLCANNOT get anyone to answer the phone. Be cautious when ordering from his company. It is SKETCHY!

I ordered from this company on August 1st and paid a substantial amount of money to have them delivered the next day. It was delivered the next day to our next door neighbor. I’m not quite sure if this is the fault of VIP sparklers because the address on the box was correct. Needless to say, I never used these for my wedding because I assumed that they never came in. Weeks later, after calls with VIP Sparklers and FedEx, I finally located the item. I again paid an insane amount, due to the weight of the box, to ship the items back to VIP sparklers. I called them to notify them that the product has been shipped back and they said that the refund will be issued once they receive the items. 1 month later, I called them and was told that they haven’t received the return shipment and that they are moving warehouses/offices which may explain why its taking a long time to track down the product. 2 weeks later, I called them again and they have received the return shipment and assured me that I will get my refund right away. 1 month later again, I received NOREFUND, so I called them again. They told me that they couldn’t issue a refund because my credit card information was not on file and as a result, they couldn’t issue a refund to a card. So I gave them my card information over the phone and was assured again that I’ll receive my refund. sigh 1 month later, STILLNOREFUND. I called them AGAIN. The customer service guy told me that they couldn’t issue a refund because my card was not on file(sound familiar?). I basically told them that that reason was already told to me, I have already given you guys my card info again and still no refund. The guy apologized and took down my card info and I am still waiting for the confirmation email saying I’ve gotten a refund. SIGH! When you call, they have the most warm and welcoming customer service representatives. They are very nice but what is that worth when your problems aren’t taken care of. I will update this review if/when I do get my refund.

Had a fundraising event last week and thought that sparklers would add a special touch to the event. The children at my event enjoyed the sparklers and I can say It made their day, They have express shipping if needed, and the sparklers are good quality, no doubt that I will use them again.

Ordered sparklers and received the order within a week, but it was a dozen sparklers short. I immediately e-mailed the company asking that the remaining dozen be shipped. I never heard back from them. I posted on their Facebook and they responded asking for the order number, but never contacted me or sent the remaining part of my order. My mother also tried to contact them, as the order was placed on her credit card. They also responded to her Facebook post asking for the order number, but again, never contacted us. Both Facebook posts were later deleted, along with several other customers’ that also mentioned problems with orders. On at least two different occasions I have seem responses to them from others’ Facebook posts that their offices were closed due to new shipments arriving. We used American Express to place the order, so went through their dispute process and the full amount was refunded within a few weeks. We recently received a letter from American Express that VIP Sparklers never responded to their request for information. I still have the sparklers, but never heard from the company about sending them back, and of course never received the rest of my order.

So happy with VIP Sparklers. My Wedding sparklers were a huge hit !! Customer service knew exactly what I needed to make my wedding a memorable night! Would highly recommend!
