The customer service at this store is awful. No one greets you, no one asks if you need help. They don’t know how to take correct measurements and the usually only have registers open on one side of the store. I’m not a fan of their merchandise to begin with, but every now and then I’ll walk into a VS hoping to be impressed by their bras. This VS only validates my already dim views of this store.

Zero customer service. Asked a sales associate for help finding a pair of leggings and she just pointed us in the direction of the yoga pants. It was so obvious that she didn’t want to help us that I told her not to bother! I’m so pissed! I’m here to spend money not beg for service! Go to Dadeland! This store sucks!

I love the costumer service! Everytime I come into this store, I leave happy. Yes, it’s a small store, but they have AWESOME costumer service. I suggest to come here or shop online!

I really don’t like this VS. They have nothing, just bras and undies. I prefer dadeland’s or dolphins. Much more options.

This is just a typical Victoria’s Secret store. All major chains are the same and generic. But I do enjoy the products that this store has. I always find the staff friendly and willing to help you look for items.

Ugh. This place gets me so frustrated. I love the merchandise, but I almost never shop there because the actual store is just a nightmare. I usually order from the catalog and wait for my purchase to be shipped to me rather than walk into a VS store, and I go to The Falls all of the time, so that says a lot. Either way, the one in Dadeland is no better, so… I decided to actually go in today, against my better judgment. I knew exactly what I wanted(a perfume), and the beauty section was actually not mobbed, so I figured I would go for it. Everything went smoothly until checkout. There was no organization. First, there was one long line leading up to both registers, which I think is fair, because then everyone waits their turn. Then, someone behind me decided that they didn’t want to wait any more, so they created their own line in front of the second register. Of course, the cashier didn’t say anything. Whatever. So, I stay in my original line, and when I get up to the register, the girl does nt greet me. She doesn’t even acknowledge me, except to tell me my total. Again, whatever. Then, trying to get out of there with my stroller was a mission. They have these kiosk-like stands by the register that have little trinkets to pick up before you pay, but they are totally in the way. That place is just way too busy, and way too small for them. Bottom line: order online.

Dear Victoria’s Secret of the Falls, Still had an unused gift card from Christmas, and stopped into your location in the Falls after dinner one evening a couple of weeks ago. It was baffling to me that I had actually never been inside your Falls store, and knew I owed it to myself to at least stop by. You still had your semi-annual sale going on, however, that meant that an entire section of the store was unshoppable because of the clutter and disorganization associated with this sale. Luckily, however, I was still able to find some new undergarments in the Very Sexy section of the store. At first I thought that this store was small, but actually it’s just the way your floor plan is laid out. It’s actually rather strange, as you have to walk to the back of the store to then get to the other side, but I think this is Corporate’s master plan. The staff here wasn’t very attentive, and no one really tried to help me out. Regardless, I prefer to shop without assistance as it lets me pick out what I want without feeling pressured by the sales team. Overall, an OK Vikki’s Secret experience, however, definitely not my preferred. Kindly, SabrinaAnna*
