Dr Victor Gutierrez is very pleasant and professional. I had a wonderful visit to say the least. I am very pleased to have chosen him as my dentist and highly recommend him. The office setting is like a spa. Little to no waiting time. His staff is very courteous and friendly. The dental hygienist was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Dr. Guttierrez really takes care of his patients and knows how to make them feel at home. I never in a million years thought I’d actually like going to the dentist!

D yourself a favor and skip this practice all together. I was told I needed all sorts of work done and my insurance won’t be covering it. How would this dentist know that when codes need to be submitted to the insurance carrier in the first place? So I went in for X-​rays and that was it. No cleaning… and I was there for almost 2 hrs. Welcome to Miami, the city full of scam artists!

My appointment was scheduled for 8:45. I was initially impressed with the reminder text message, the call, and the e-mail…very high tech!!! The office is small but clean and have movies playing… and thank god for that… I had to wait for 45 minutes even though I was the first scheduled appointment and the first to arrive… god forbid you need to re-​schedule, your teeth might rot by the time your possible re-​schedule is available. No GO!
