Customer service is not their strong suite. I ordered cakes for Christmas and they had to ship them(I live in TN) and instead of immediately rectifying the order, they had me take a picture of the product and packing slip to send them(as if I was lying) and have to return the product(it is food, legally — they have to throw away) so they can send me the correct order. It is the holidays, I explained that I needed some of it by this weekend and the response I got was«you’ll get the new shipment by Wednesday»(as long as FedEx can pick up the box on Monday, regardless of the fact that I work). Very unhelpful and I felt like they thought I was lying about getting the wrong order. Not the way to treat a customer at all, in my opinion. Also, I asked about them throwing it away and she explained that they inspect and re-sell. Don’t know if I feel comfortable ordering from a place that can resell their cakes, even when I know it’s not legal to do so.

The 2 stars are based on customer and availability. How do you run out of product that you supposedly make at the very factory you display the items? I understand it’s a warehouse, but it’s not very welcoming at all. The front lobby is very blah and very small not much for the customer to choose from. The people are not customer service oriented at all, we actually had to lean into a window and say«hello» before we were acknowledged. They did not have any of the turtles and they did not have any samples for us, very disappointing. The«manager» was not very friendly, maybe it was a long day. However, a gentleman with a pretty thick beard came out to complete our order and he was actually very polite and friendly. I probably won’t return

Nothing to rave about here and you get stank face customer service. So don’t waste your time and make the drive to Nothing Bundt Cakes!

These are delicious. I tried it for the first time during a trip to Nassau. I prefer the original. I shipped them to family in Vermont every Christmas. I have found that Amazon has them cheaper than the Miami store with free shipping if you spend more than $ 25.

Yum Yum! So happy Dealtificate had offered a promotion for Tortuga Rum Cakes! I jumped on them in a heartbeat! Promotion was two 33 oz. chocolate rum cakes for $ 25. I got two vouchers. It’s quite a drive from Brickell, but very easy to find. It’s located adjacent from the Tamiami Airport in a very industrial section. There are two customer spaces right in front of their office. As you walk in, they provide you with free samples on their pineapple rum cake. It was so delicious, I took three pieces! I was attended very quickly as soon as I walked in. Total wait time for my cakes was about five minutes. Since I have a baby, they even offered to take all four cakes to my car. I’ve also tried their original rum cake and it’s phenomenal. I’m sure their chocolate will be just as delicious.

I’m so happy that i found this place, my favorite Rum cake ever. They also have other products like dressings, rum of course, etc… so fresh and so good. They are open Monday –Friday 9am to 5:30pm. I love the pineapple –rum cake.
