I wish there were minus stars. They would get a minus 10 stars. This company has a total FU attitude. Send them money at your own risk. I attempted to return an incorrect item sent to me. After spending over 5 days(and over 8 hours) trying to get through to their(non existent) customer service, I wait for after the Christmas crush to get this done. Short end of the story is they said they WOULDNOT take it back. And it is THEIRERROR. So Unilocal first, BBB second, and going to have a little discussion with some contacts with the State of Florida consumer department just for grins. Let the buyer beware. Sounds like they are putting the final nails in their own coffin. Remember, they are the compilation of the CompUSA disaster. Sounds like they are in the get the money and run mode, prior to going out of business.

I did a lot of research on a laptop. I found that Amazon and Tigerdirect were selling it. After calling amazon to inquire about it– they said that it was on backorder. Tigerdirect advertised it was INSTOCK. I called Tigerdirect to make sure it truly was in STOCK and they assured me yes… SO, I put in my order and expected my laptop to arrive in a few days. When I checked the online tracking I was surprised to see it was on BACKORDER. I contacted Tigerdirect and they said that they didn’t have it in stock. They proceed to tell me the 2nd week of Nov and sorry for the inconvenience. Issue(most importantly) is that they lied by false advertising in stock… second issue: No communication. I was falsely waiting for my product… even paid 2 day shipping cost and they didn’t even bother to send me an email that it was on backorder. I don’t think they ever had the product to begin with. Now they said the laptop isn’t available until the 17th of November… which would have meant the 4th week of November before they decide to send it IF that’s true.
