Went in for the Body Exfoliation Massage Treatment — $ 75. /1 hour session. They said at first that they were booked, but when I attempted to make a later appointment for an additional service, the Lymphatic Cleanse — $ 90.00, they asked me if I could wait a few minutes to be seen right then for the Body Exfoliation. Of course I accepted, filled out the paperwork & went in. Well, the therapist didn’t work on me for 1 hour, nor did she do my full body. I immediately told the receptionist,(which is the lady pictured in the advertisement on the wall) that the therapist didn’t do my full body, and barely worked on me for 30 minutes. The receptionist tried to get $ 60.00 out of me, saying she squeezed me in. I told her that’s unacceptable & not good business practice because she let me go in thinking I would get the advertised $ 75.00/1hour service, & didn’t tell me that I would be getting a lesser service. They try to hide behind language barrier, but I don’t buy it because I heard her speak intelligible English to the client that came out just before I went in. So, then she tried to charge me $ 55.00. I asked her what half of $ 75.00 is, she calculated $ 37.50; I told her I would pay $ 45.00. She accepted… I cancelled the other appointment. High jacked service & staff seems like they are selecting what nationality clients they want to serve. This is atrocious & so ignorant on their part because all money in the USA is GREEN, no matter what color the clients are. I don’t recommend this place, nor will they ever get any more of my GREEN.

Got a living social coupon for a $ 40 medical facial for a teenager with a slightly large amount of black/white heads, mostly on the cheeks. Very elegant facility. Nice décor and all that stuff. The lady who did the facial did not speak English very well, but she was extremely nice and seemed skilled. However, she had another lady come in during the session and tell me that they would have to charge an additional $ 15 extra for the extractions. So I said OK as long as they try to do ALL of the extractions. So they said ok and the facial began. After a few minutes, she told me she couldn’t do all of the extractions in one session, and that their acne facial costs $ 80. So I’m kind of confused at this point, but I just went along with it and told her to do what she has to do because of the language barrier and the main point being, I wanted a good facial for my stepdaughter. So she continues with the facial, extractions lasting maybe 10 minutes max. Zaps her face a bit with that zapper thing they use, and then puts on some face mask and sits down for another 10 minutes or so, writing stuff up in her file. Then she wipes off the mask and puts antibiotic ointment on her cheeks. No sunscreen, no moisturizer, just antiobiotic ointment? Ok… So anyways I walk out and they only made me pay the extra $ 15 and tried to get me to make an appointment in 2 weeks. I will not be bringing her back for their $ 80 acne facial. I am basically done with buying deals off coupon sites. I’ll stick to my dermatologists office for their $ 65 facial.
