After reading the good reviews about this place, and because of the fact that its close by my house, I wanted to give this place a chance to fix my broken screen on a phone I bought my mom for her birthday. Unfortunately, she dropped it and the screen broke. I decided to fix it for her because the phone is only a year old, and its not worth having the phone inside a drawer collecting dust. Almost two weeks ago I went in on a Saturday afternoon and left my mother’s phone to repair. And since last week is where I’ve been having all these inconveniences with this company. First, I call the number listed on their business card, and no one ever answers. And since no one answers, I decided to show up to personally find out the status on my mother’s phone repair. I drove over there on Tuesday, to find out they were closed. I drove today when according to the schedule posted on the door, they’re supposed to be open until 7, and I get there at 6pm and again, they are closed. It’s already inconvenient for me that no one answers the phone during business hours, and its even more inconvenient for me to have to take time to go personally and to find out they’re closed on days they are supposed to be open. If the owner of this business is reading this, please get back to me or at least reapond to my email which I sent and have not received a response. This is unacceptable!

I went in for a cracked iphone screen. I called ahead to make sure they had a replacement, and could do it. After about 30 min, he came out and said it was good, charged my card, and said he was waiting for my battery to charge(yes– I only brought it in on 1%). After a few minutes, he changed and said screen wasn’t working. Apparently his shop had bought a defective part. He didn’t have anymore. He had to take another 30 minutes to take it off and refund my money. Really nice guy and apologetic– but the experience was such a disappointment. I went to Phone Geek next and they sit it flawlessly in 15 minutes.

Took my iPhone in cause it wasn’t charging. Took less than 5 minutes to change the battery, 10 minutes to charge and the price was reasonable. Excellent customer service. I HIGHLYRECOMMEND, especially before going to AT&T(out of warranty) thinking they’d actually know anything about iPhones.

This guy fixed my iPad. Did an awesome job and the price was reasonable. With some of these services they charge so much, you ‘re better off buying a new iPad. Now mine looks and works LIKENEW!
