It’s only been a few weeks and I love it here already… Extremely nice staff especially Margaritta ! Friendly neighbors and amazing community, it is very well maintained, clean, and modern. The only thing I would throw in is a few extra Visitors Spots. Sad to see how many negative comments are posted about such a great place. just because some do not comply to the rules does not mean that they have to ruin the experience for other.

This is a beautiful place. I really enjoy all the amenities it offers. It is super clean and quiet. The staff is very professional and friendly. I really enjoy it here. If you are into fitness, they offer 3 free classes a week. I especially love the Zumba class.

From day 1 everything was horrible the customer service the application process took forever and the mistake always seems to be the staff. It took me almost 2 months to get my deposit back after it being promised to me after 15 days. My lights didn’t work in the beginning the washing machine wouldn’t work the cabinets were all scratched the dish washer wouldn’t open fully because of proximity of the stove the handle blocked it. My car got towed, I had mold in my garage had many things ruined.
