Nice place really good pizza, service was exceptional and they gave us the table that we asked for. Garlic rolls are to come back for. Thank you for a pleasant saturday night meal.

Very disappointing. wanted to like this place since it is right around the corner from where I live. This is the 2nd time I order from them. The first time I had take out(pizza & garlic rolls) and it was nothing special. Tonight I didn’t feel like cooking and thought I’d give it another try since they deliver. I ordered a medium pizza, garlic rolls and tuna salad. They charged me $ 18.59 for a medium pizza with 5 veggie toppings. The pizza was okay, nothing special though. The first time I had the garlic rolls, they were crunchy and dry. This time was no different. I asked for the«special» garlic sauce pictured on Unilocal and it was very bland and mostly oil with a little garlic, nothing like the pictures. The worst part of everything though was the tuna. I could have lived with everything else but the tuna was just plain gross. I called them back to let them know that I thought the tuna was spoiled and the man who answered the phone said he was going to put me on hold to check the ‘expiration date’ on the container! Then while I was on hold, the call disconnected. Not sure if he hung up or what but I called back and he said, he checked and it wasn’t expired. He didn’t offer to replace with something else or apologize or anything and I didn’t ask. I will never eat here again and it’s a shame because it’s located so close to home.

Once again Unilocal reviews have deceived me! And my search for REAL Italian food in Miami continues. The only thing Italian in this restaurant was my Italian Loafers. They seem like nice Colombian people, but you can’t fool a Chicagoan… we know Italian! They ain’t Italian. They were friendly, however not knowledgeable in Italian cuisine. Their menu is set up as such: 1– pick your pasta 2– pick your sauce 3– Add your protein I might as well have cooked it myself I’m certain I would have done a better job. I ordered a Pesto Linguine w/Chicken which looked nothing like pesto and tasted rather bland. The Baked Ziti was also very mediocre and lacking authenticity. Their garlic bread is nothing to write about, so I won’t. Overall I wouldn’t return or recommend this restaurant to anyone. They’re NOT authentic Italians nor do they specialize in Italian cuisine. Imposters.

Tango’s serves my favorite Pizza in all of Kendall! Their crust is perfectly crispy and a little buttery on the edges. It is never soggy. Their garlic oil is perfectly seasoned. Ask for a side to dip the crust in! They are located just South of Killian(104 Street) and East of SW137 avenue. This shopping center is tucked away into the residential area called The Crossings. You should look for the Publix. On one of my weekend visits, I was hoping to dine outside since I had ridden there and wanted to sit by my gear. There weren’t any tables outside this time. And they used to have about three or four. Anyone who knows me knows I love outdoor seating! But then I would’ve missed out on the following. So I suppose it turned out to be sort of a blessing in disguise. Inside they were playing movies on the TV with the sound on. The music on the speakers had been turned off. Although there were a few other customers dining there at the time, the place was quiet except for the sound of TV and an occasional incoming call for a take-out order. It felt like I was at home with some friends enjoying pizza and TV on a lazy Saturday afternoon. It felt like home. I haven’t been back for fear that the perfect dining experience could never be duplicated! I’m just kidding! I’ve just been too busy! But I’ll be back this weekend perhaps. And I’ll have my usual; Pepperoni and Mushroom pizza with a side of garlic sauce for dipping the crust in. Hopefully they’ll be playing some more movies.(fingers crossed)

Five stars alone just for the pizza we alwaysss have here. Pepperoni and fresh mushroom on the whole pie plus bacon on half. Deeeelicious. Perfectly crispy crust every time. Fresh mushrooms(none of that canned crap) and the bacon is stellar. Ask for a side of their garlic oil to dip your crust in. You can thank me later. ;) Located in the plaza with the Publix in the Crossings.(130 avenue and South of Killian) Cheap too. Order for pick up or delivery 305−386−5506.

Valentine Day Dinner after work out, my boyfriend and I decided to try this place for the first time, seems cozy. We saw the valentine special offer, so we ordered, I expect everything from scratch, but totally disappointed. Let’s start with the appetizer cheese sticks awful, I can buy same one at publix, my Gordon blue was salty, mashed potatoes from a box. My bf ravioli Alfredo, I can’t really say anything, but he wasn’t to excited eating it. Dessert, Tiramisu frozen, the best part honestly it was the wine. The service was ok, ppl in the kitchen was loud. Unfortunately that was are experience, are first and last time.

So after looking around for a new pizza place me and my boyfriend decided to go and check this place out we ordered a large half pepperoni half cheese pizza and half a dozen garlic rolls so here’s what I thought I found the garlic rolls pretty good I would have liked a little more parm on them but they were good overall now for the main event the pepperoni was good had a small kick to it and gave the pizza a bit of flavor it was lacking in sauce that cheese I found very bland nothing special but wasn’t bad we paid $ 15.00 for our entire meal which is great considering my overall experience was good

Went with the family today for dinner. The food was great except for their broccoli n cheese soup, it was not your typical cream of broccoli, it was not blended well therefore it had the broccoli seeds and no cheese. The tiramisu was frozen solid. The owner came by our table and we told her about the soup so she took it back and had it blended again. The food and the service is awesome but today we encountered these two issues but we will continue to eat there, just not order the tiramisu and the broccoli n cheese soup again. I had their pumpkin soup which was delicious!

Hate to provide a not-so-good review of Tangos, but here it is. We live in the neighborhood and mostly order for either pick-up or delivery. The food is consistently good to very good, so that’s not the issue. Last week our family of 4 decided to go for a nice sit-down dinner. They’ve done a nice job with the cozy and inviting atmosphere, but on this Friday night it seemed like they were overwhelmed. Our server took our order but wasn’t totally familiar with the menu(we asked about an item on the menu and she didn’t know about it — later we find out it wasn’t available any more). Because of this, my wife needed a extra minute or two to change her order. In the meantime, our server put in the other orders from our table and because of this, our individual plates came out at different times and about 20 – 30 minutes apart. By the time my wife’s plate came, everyone else was done and we ended up taking it home. Our server was nice, but she was easily distracted and spent too much time engaged in personal conversation at another table. Also, I got the feeling the kitchen was overwhelmed. The owners are nice, the food is good/very good, but if they strive to be an established, neighborhood sit-down Italian restaurant like to Mike’s, Amici’s, etc., the overall service needs to improve to a more professional level. Otherwise, I fear they will fail as there are a good number of options in the West Kendall area.

Delicious food, prompt service. Owner is very kind and always attentive towards any questions you might have. Very family like atmosphere, I highly recommend this place to people who like an authentic pizza like taste and a welcoming environment. Highly recommended.

So this is my updated review for tonight’s dinner. I tried the cream of mushroom soup, delicious, not too thick but not too liquidy, u could taste the mushrooms in every spoonful! Chef Gaudy outdid herself. Pizza: I had white pizza, amazing like always. BBQ chicken Hawaiian was delicious as well. The garlic sauce is an addiction. We had made plans to go and it’s all I thought about all day. The chef let us sample a spicy sauce that she made and it was so good I was dipping my pizza crust with ½ garlic sauce ½ spicy sauce. Needless to say the garlic rolls never last. One is never going to b enough! The guava cheesecake was just as delicious as it looks. Great flavor and a great ending to a delicious meal! You must stop by and check it out, it really is a little Italian gem hidden in the middle of Kendall! You will not regret it! Whatever u do, don’t forget to order the garlic rolls! Sigh… until next time garlic sauce, I will dream about u until we meet again… lol

We were for the first time this week-end here and It will become our favorite neighborhood Italian place. The food was delicious, great seafood lasagna! Clean and cozy, with a nice service. For an affordable price, the best Italian place in the area. We are planning on coming back with friends, and making it our Italian restaurant in our neighborhood.

Will never go back. Worst service I’ve had in a very long. I felt like I was a burden to them and the food was below average at best. Wanted to like it because of the proximity to my home but I will never go there again.

Oh how I love this little place! I tried this place out for take out on a Friday evening after a long week and was so happy I tried it out. This place really has the best damn garlic rolls I have ever tried in the area. The chicken fettuccine Alfredo was really good and the personal pan pizza was delicious. My family and I have also eaten in and the place is quaint and service was good. So happy I found this place.

ATTENTIONFELLOW UnilocalERS! This place has only one review so I assume that you are all unaware of this place and need to get here ASAP! If you live in the area, RUN, don’t walk. Trust. Please be advised that this review is based solely on a dine in experience and we only had pizza & a beer. The babes and I were in the area with a couple of his friends. I was getting hungry and the guys needed to stop by Publix. I asked one of his friends that lived in the area if there was anything worth eating in the plaza. The only place that he could recommend was Tango’s Pizza. Again, thank you SO much, Samir! This place is a small family owned establishment with an authentic Italian feel. The owners are definitely not Italian, but in this case, it does not affect the authenticity of this pizza. Let me tell you, this pizza was freaking OFFTHECHAIN! We decided to eat in. About two bites into my first slice, I asked the employee(not sure if he is the owner) for another pie to-go. They offer an amazing special. A large cheese pizza for $ 6.99. All day, every day. And this ain’t no Pizza Hut, peeps. This is the real deal. The crust is perfect. My BF even mentioned that the test of an awesome crust is when you pick up your slice and the pointy end doesn’t slump down. This is true of Tango’s Pizza. Granted, NY style slices at other places are much too large to hold up to these standards but that is another story. The crust at Tango’s is spot-on. It had the perfect chewy consistency with a great crusty exterior. The sauce was on point, as well. Not too much cheese, not too little. I have said it before, and I’ll say it again. IMO, the true test of any pizza place isn’t a pie with all the fancy toppings, it’s the cheese pizza. Tango’s hits the mark. My recommendation: Dine in. The pizza takes a little while to come out, but the crust is worth the wait. Don’t come here if you are in a hurry. We took home the large cheese pie and put it in the oven at home the next day. It was still delicious but we lost the great crispy crunchiness of the crust. I would assume that the same would happen with delivery. I will always dine in or eat my pizza right away in the future. I am truly sad that I live so far from this place. Nonetheless, we will meet again, Tango. We most certainly will.
