Taco Bell

I live minutes from this Taco Bell and I am tired of having to drive back every single time because they completely mess up my order or entirely leave out items. Today they couldn’t even make the Mt. Dew Baja Blast taste the way it should.
I’m never returning to this Taco Bell again.

This honestly is easily about the 20^th time I come here and there is nobody inside to attend to any customers. Sign says open till 3am today yet it is only 2am and whoever was suppose to be working decided to call it in early for some reason. Place blows.

I think I told the employees over a thousand times that I want to have the jalapeño sauce included in the quesadilla and not once, have they included. I honestly have no idea why they can’t just include it.

This is the most horrible Taco Bell in all of Miami! They never get the order correct, things are half done, they forget to include the ingredients that are supposed to come with the order!!! It’s just bad! I live minutes from this location and I prefer to drive to the one on 107.

This place never gets my order right. Going back to ask to have it corrected is too much of a hassle for me as a non-​Spanish speaker since the people at the cashier and drive through window always have an extremely thick Spanish accent. It’s impossible to communicate with them in English. Try to avoid the drive-​through at any given time because even if there is no cars in the line, orders take at least 10 minutes to be done before it can be given to you. When the drive through is packed with cars, don’t bother cause you’ll be sitting in your car, stationary, for about 20 minutes. Almpst guarantee will the people working drive through get something in my order wrong. Whether it be not giving me a supreme version of the food I wanted or completely forgetting to give me the drink I ordered. Don’t bother with this place, slow service, low quality food, and incorrect orders. Might as well drive down the street to another fast food place because this place is just not worth the long wait lines and headaches that come with ordering food.

Around dinner time, when the drive-​thru is full, you will get the worst service if you dine in. It took me 30 minutes to receive my order after I had placed it. As soon as I asked for a refund, they began to prepare my order and had it ready in a minute. There were people there who had been waiting longer than me. They must’ve completed 30 orders from the drive-​thru before I received my order. I even saw my coworker who forgot to ask for hot sauce. He went through the drive-​thru and said he got his order pretty quickly.

I come to this Taco Bell all the time. That being said, it isn’t completely terrible. It’s alright. A lot of the time there’s someone taking orders who can’t speak English so it makes things kind of slow. The food could be better. I’ve eaten better food at other taco bells. It seems questionably prepared. While I was eating my California AM crunch wrap this morning, I chewed down on something thin and plastic like, and what do you know. I pull some kind of expiration tag out of my mouth. Needless to say I’m never coming here again.

went back last night, the food was i mean bad. sloppy messy and pricy. what happened in a month? we have had such good meals here, this day it sucked i mean it smelled bad and my wife got sick. watery tacos and gorditas and burritos were disgusting. i wil lcontact corporate.

The worst Taco Bell Ever! They are Always rushing you at the window to leave, the food is the worst prepared ever! Just terrible! I know is just a Taco Bell, but hey they do have better taco bells around miami which make food better and offer you better service!

It is a Taco Bell– cheap food, Mexican flavor, friendly speaker service, good place to go when you have been clubbing. I like this Taco Bell.

The girl that took our order cant be blamed she was fairly new. But, the manager/​supervisor should put a little more effort into this establishment. The food conditions are horrible. I was served frozen lettuce and watery nacho cheese. I worked at taco bell when I was 15 and I know what it takes to make it happen. Cant fool me!

Call me lucky, but I have never had a problem with this Taco Bell! Actually, I am looking at the reviews right now, and they have never gotten anything wrong for me and have showed me much love by giving me extra hot sauce packets when requested.
I would love to give this place more than a 3, but it is a Taco Bell– a greasy, off-​the-​chain Taco Bell. I feel like nothing makes other Taco Bells stand apart from one another, but this place is A-​OK. The taco shells are crisp. The cheese is also delicious, and the wait is also rather short at times. Can’t complain that much about anything, but I do plan to come here again because this place is close too home– «no pun intended».

I love that it is right by my house but it seems like they get the order right 3 out of 5 times. They tend to forget something and I always need to come back. Some of the girls are the window are just clueless and I hate that I have to repeat my order about 3 times.

These people don’t even deserve a star! Asking for no sauce is as good as asking for extra sauce. The cheese is never melted and the service is horrible. Do yourself a favor and drive a few extra miles to another taco bell. HORRiBLE!!! And they never get your order right.

I have come to this taco bell forever. Since I was younger. Only had a problem once at like 4 am when they had run out of ground beef which is fine because I only eat the steak or chicken. That being said. Food always comes out fast. Lady tonight was super nice. My taco salad was yum and the other food we ordered was too and made perfectly. People need to not be so fast to criticize. Remember they are working as fast as they can (because if not u complain that you have to wait) and things can get mixed up. I always order extra sauce and never have a problem. I love this taco bell. Thanks ladies!!!

Don’t ask for anything special. They can’t get the basic stuff right. And there’s ALWAYS more sauce/​sour cream in everything (yuck) than the good hard toppings.

Same as everyone else. Drive-​Thru or inside, doesn’t matter. Always wrong! Employees are usually busy talking loudly to each other or friends in lobby. The others can barely speak english. This place needs to be closed or sold.

I have to agree with the previous review. Eventhough I’m not and cant get pregnant, I wish they would get it right once in a while. I’m not sure if the speakers from the drive thru works right but they always miss something on the order or an ingredient. Get my Mexican pizza and 7 layer burrito right, please! At night on weekends expect a long line of cars here.

This place ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS gets my order wrong. How HARD can it be to look at the name of an item and figure out what the ingredients are??? I can’t fathom why they always mess up. One day they forget the sauce, another day the rice, another day, the sour cream. I’m usually pretty forgiving, but enough is enough!
I just figured out that there is another Taco Bell slightly closer to my house and I’m going to try that one and see if they can get it right. I am a pregnant woman with cravings!!! Give me my Volcano burrito and get it right!
