I’ve been using T-Mobile for years. Their customer service over the phone is pretty good, but can’t say the same for the staff at the store. One time I went, a few years ago, when my first smarphone had problem, I was sent a new phone and c.s. told me over the phone that I can take it to a store and they will help me transfer everything to my new phone. When I went to this store, the guy told me that they could not transfer my contact list over, there was no way to save my pics and I had to re-download all my apps. Seriously? More like he won’t want to be bothered. This week I went again to this store, as I am considering getting a new phone. I asked them for the model, the girl was like, oh I’ve never heard of it, and walked away. I found out later AT&T has it but not T-Mobile. Now, spectacular customer service would be if the rep said, we don’t offer this model at T-Mobile but here’s other ones you can consider… But again, the rep much preferred to minimize their customer contact. While the staff sucks, I do like that this is a very spacious store, and that all displayed phones are working models, so you can actually play with them to get a good feel before buying.
