So I’m here… I bought a mega boom box in November from this store… Yesterday the cord malfunctioned and burned out while connected to the mega boom box so I bring it in the store. Kathy the girl who is checking everyone in with her clip board is no where in site. I wait 5 min she arrives and checks in another customer who arrived after me. I check in tell her the problem and I wait 20 min. I eventually get seen and told I need to call Logitech the company who made the item and handle this all on my own! What a complete waste of time. Personally I feel the man power is not being utilized effectively, Kathy should be able to «triage» better. She could have informed me that this was a Logitech issue not a T mobile issue.

Excellent service from Fabian and Mercy the manager. Fabian was super patient very knowledgable about the right plan that would fit me. It is nice to find in Miami people who enjoy their job and are polite.

My number one favorite store. The people here especially Humphries, Gaby, Serge, Anthony, Mike, Ursula, Luis, and apologies for anybody I left out. The staff are super amazing. Coming back later this month to get the Galaxy Note 5 Black Sapphire 64gb, Gear S23G, and later down the line the Tab S2LTE, my first. Thanks Tmobile and John Legere.

Went in this past Sunday with three of my friends and was provided such amazing customer service by Carlos. I had just switched over to Tmobile, and by the time we left, all 3 of my friends had as well. Carlos was able to answer all of their questions and concerns, knew the available plans and options, and stayed with us even after closing hours to get it all done. Great service! Great guy! Thank you!

I went there to buy a sim card for a friend, about 9 months ago, who was visiting from Spain and the customer service was excellent. I hope these are still the same employees but I’m concerned because some of these recent reviews. Anyway the service was outstanding and they were friendly and knowledgable when I was there.

Horrible customer service. Waited 20 minutes and when we dealt with Abi, we just got attitude. Don’t spend your money here since it does not seem that they are interested.

This store does not have competent employees for dealing with intelligent members of the public. :-) They are more than likely capable with dealing with the clueless public. They talk down to you and make it seem like they know everything in the world — an intimidation technique. Not a good customer service technique. If you have any brainpower — avoid this store. Issue 1: I went to the store to get a new phone — because my phone wasn’t working properly. This happened in 2 parts. First trip I was told to back everything up and factory restore — did that… didn’t work. I was told there was no damage and that they phone was just messing up. I was told I could come back if restore didn’t work and trade in for about $ 5 for a new phone. That wasn’t true at all — well unless you consider a refurbished phone to be new… which I don’t. For around $ 130 out of my pocked I could get a new phone. Called 611 — got conflicting information. After about 2 hours and T-Mobile customer service having to talk to the store staff — I finally left with a new phone and a better plan all at discounted rates — all without the help of the store. Useless. Wouldn’t it have been better to be useful, know your product, make it happen and not have to discount anything? Issue 2: I have a device recovery program agreement from the store. It does not tell you how to ship your phone back. So I call 611 for help. There is supposed to be a RMA number on the receipt — there is not. The field is blank. So I’m told to call the store and explain this to them and they will have the number in their system — their reply, «It’s on the receipt.» Thanks for not listening… here…I’ll tell you the story again! I get put on hold. For forever. So long in fact I just hang up. They call me back. Before giving me the number — they explain that the RMA number is on the last page of the receipt. Seriously?! I explain that on my second page there is only a signature line and a date. To which they say, «oh, it’s on the third page — you must have lost it.» Okay — now you’re just being rude. Actually the paper is stapled, by Michael, your store manager and there are only 2 pages — instead of the blame game can you just give me the number?! Never. Never again. I would rather wait until I fly to another city than go into this T-Mobile store. Useless, ignorant, and rude employees.

My wife is having a phone issue. It stopped working. A mytouch and I called tmobile they said to go to a tmobile store to see if it’s the battery so I came here. The girl helping or not helping was useless. They didn’t have the battery. She didn’t bother giving me an option other than«try RadioShack or order one online but I don’t think it’s the battery anyway». So she wanted me to go try a useless plan instead of helping me. Then when she mentioned my wife’s upgrade options I said we aren’t paying more for a phone and then getting stuck with a two year deal. So she said«ok have a nice day» lol. This was on 4÷12÷12 at like 11AM. She wears funny looking glasses and is sort of heavy. Useless!
