Supercuts

I’ve been going to supercuts for a long time. I’ve never had a problem until the last time I went. The lady that attended me was unfamiliar to me. Her name was Gloria. I only wanted a hair cut. I asked her for long layers and to trim 1 inch from my ends off. She looked at my hair and said I had very thin hair. She then said she didn’t think I should have layers. Even though I’ve been getting layers for years now I went ahead and said okay. So at this point my guess is that I’m only getting a trim because I’m not getting layers. She kept complaining how my hair was so thin. Finally she finished the cut. I didn’t blow dry it there. So I paid for my service and left. Once I got home I was looking at my hair and noticed that one side of my hair was longer than the other. And when I dried my hair the hair was also cut in a jagged line. I was completely distraught. I called the salon and they said she wasn’t there and if I wanted to go back the next day to have her fix it. I told them no. I didn’t want her to touch my hair again. She then said I could have another stylist fix the problem. I decided not to go back. I didn’t want to risk my hair getting worse. I ended up going elsewhere and the problem was fixed. I will not be going to supercuts again. I know that this was maybe just the stylists fault and not the chain, but I don’t want to risk this haooe in again.
