I feel the stretch. I have had major back pain recently. And the stretches definitely opened me up. I felt loose and limber afterwards. Treat yourself if you have muscle pain of any kind. You will not regret it!

Ive been meaning to try this place for a while, just havent had the right opportunity to make it in. I realized this week I was going to make the effort. I called up and asked if they were able to see me, and I got a same day appointment.
I somewhat knew what to expect, hearing a little about the place, and somewhat understanding its a «stretch» zone, and I was expecting to be stretched :) When I arrived, I was the only customer inside, and I spoke with the person that I had previously spoke with on the phone, he took some of my information, and we pretty much just went from there.
I explained to him my background, my activity level, some of my goals, trying to be realistic of course. The therapist /​stretcher (for lack of better words) absorbed it all in, and started working me, explaining the process, and we had a good dialogue throughout the session. The session was excellent. Some of the stretches were intense, but the «stretcher» knew what he was doing, and didn’t push to far. At first, I wasn’t sure how I would feel /​like the therapy, but in the end, I was very impressed in the techniques.
If I had to compare /​describe what it is they do there, I would say its like a mix between chiropractic adjustment, physical therapy and massage, but really focusing on stretching and moving the joints and tendons, and not just massaging muscle.
II do a lot of MMA/​self-​defense training and running (road/​trail/​ocr), so my goals are to increase flexibility in my hips and legs, and helping to avoid /​prevent injury. I plan on going back once a week for the next 3 months, and hopefully I will continue to have great sessions and results.
I would recommend this place to anyone looking for this type of service.

I first heard about STRETCH ZONE on DECO DRIVE. Coincidently it popped up on GROUPON within a couple of days. In a s much as I have been going to a pain center & have been on prescription pain meds for close to 2 years. I had to give this place a serious try. My issues included L-​4 through L-​5 herniated discs & severe chronic pain in addition to bursitis on my right side. I was desperate for relief. DESPERATE!!! I am so grateful for the relief from the stretching at the Aventura location. Both Keith & Jay have been life & quality of life saving to me. I feel 20 years younger!!!
This is a miracle for me. The only issue is that David, one of the managers, is verbally unhappy that I purchased too many groupons. However, this place is a miracle. Better then a medial massage, chiropractic adjustment & surgical injections.
