Steve’s Pizza West

Many of the people in this area don’t know good pizza for the same reason that I don’t know good Latin food. Me, being of Italian decent, wasn’t overly impressed. Don’t get me wrong, it was good and I’d go again, I just don’t think the place warrants all of the ⁴⁄₅ star reviews it’s getting from the locals (Miamians). I can get a better pie down the street at Vesuvio’s. My main disappointment was the garlic rolls. They were just small, hard rolls with garlic on top. Good garlic rolls are dense and greasy not over crispy and dry in the middle. The service was awesome though and I would return again to try something new. It was good, just not amazing.

Ordered my pizza, it was delivered with half the pizza toppings all over the pizza box, after waiting nearly an hour.
The manager than tells me in order to get a refund I would need to return the pizza???
I’ll admit I ate the pizza cause I was hungry but you’d think they would have just delivered another pizza at no charge…
Never do business again with Steve’s pizza!

Pretty slow delivery service … For a simple cheese jumbo pizza & 2L Coke it took them 1:30mins for delivery… & I live no longer than 3 minutes away. Lost a client …

Not much to say other than it being the best new york style pizza in the area. It’s consistently great and Steve’s offers various sizes to choose from, including a box big enough to feed a family of 7 or 8.

Not bad but not really all that good. The pizza is uninspired and maybe just a bit better than Papa John’s. Not bad if you happen to be nearby and are just craving mediocre pizza but honestly there are better options within a few miles.

Yummy pizza, and garlic bread. The delivery has always been extremely fast, a plus when you are really hungry. Pretty much your typical local pizzeria.

My favorite pizza in Miami. a guilty pleasure if there ever was one. Perfect pizza. and the garlis rools are top-​notch.

Pizza is delicious! Perfectly crispy crust with just the right amount of cheese. Our kids ask for this pizza at least once a week.

Yes it’s cheap, 2 slices and a soda for like $ 6-​$ 7. However, you get what you paid for. I found it pretty flavorless. If you’re looking for New York style pizza there are way better options in the area.

Great pizza! I went to NY recently and loved Ben’s Pizzeria great to know that I can get the same if not better quality at a restaurant 5 mins away from my own house. True NY style.

One of the best thin crust pizza in town. The only reason I’m giving them 4 stars instead of 5 is because their pizza is really good when you eat in at the restaurant. For whatever reason every time that I’ve ordered delivery the pie is cold and a tastes plain.

Steve’s Pizza is great. Awesome tasting pizza. Super fast delivery. There garlic rolls and pizza is super!!!

I really like the pizza here… Compared to the other local chain delivery options. Keep the pizza simple, no more than 2 – 3 toppings & you should make it out OK.
Digging deeper into their menu will only frustrate & disappoint. If they only had pizza on the menu, I would slap em with 5 fat stars.

Craving pizza… Steve’s did not disappoint.

Love the food here. Our family’s been coming here for years. Not sure if they still hold this pizza challenge they use to back in the days, where you eat a giant pizza under a certain amount of time and if you finish it in the time given your pizzas free and you get your picture up on their wall.
Today’s service wasn’t what I’m use to. there usually really friendly. Not sure if it’s bad timing and server wanted to go home but she was def not in a good mood.
All in all my family had a good meal.

This is the 2^nd time I’ve been to this location. It’s been years but it is still as good as I recall. The staff is friendly and attentive, the service was quick and we were in and out in about a ½ hr. I liked the garlic rolls but they were not great. The consistency and texture of the roll itself was good quality but I did not like the after taste of pure garlic and oil in my mouth. (This is a preference some ppl love this) The seasoning was good. The pizza itself was delicious. The cheese had the perfect consistency and texture and the pizza was cooked just right. While really greasy (because of the cheesy deliciousness) it still had great flavor. Pepperoni was really good too. Dress code: casual
atmosphere: friendly family oriented with 3 flat screens for viewing pleasure.
Décor: outdated and needs an upgrade.
Silverware: perfectly clean (I have severe ocd and this is a plus for me)
Price: excellent (we spent about $ 19 total -$ 15 and change for medium pizza and ½ dozen garlic rolls, plus tip)
We will be visiting again!

Wow I came in for a slice and i was greeted and attended by a very very nice, kind and very well mannered waitress by the name of (I believe) was Maria. She was very attentive to us, was on point with the drinks and brought the food out quickly! Definitely coming back. If Maria is working, I strongly suggest you ask for her as a waitress!!!

I love their lunch special. Two HUGE slices and a soda for about $ 7. Can’t beat that! Pizza is yummy too!
The restaurant itself is not fancy, but food is good. Carry out is usually fast.
The one thing I don’t like about this place, is that they always have their Tv’s blasting the news channels. I always have to ask for them to turn them off or at least change the channel. I detest the news, specially while I am eating.

Since I moved from New Jersey to Flordia, I have not had a slice a pizza. I am very picky when it comes to the taste of pizza.
I was in Kendall, did a search and Steve’s Pizza comes up. I took in consideration the reviews and tried it. GREAT Price for a Slice! $ 2.98 for a cheese slice. It was great! Not like New York, but rather close.

I love this place! Awesome place to get some yummy «Cheat Day» food. I usually have the same things and I always leave happy, full and ready for a nap. We start with garlic rolls. and if we are feeling adventurous, we get the cheesy garlic rolls. These are just traditional rolls COVERED in cheese and as delicious as it gets. The pizza is a great size and just the perfect balance of sauce, cheese and crust. The best part is that the bill is never over 20 bucks for two people. prices are on point!!!
This place is also great for school events or reunions. The jumbo box of pizza feeds around 15 people for a reasonable price.
