Starbucks

Not a fan at all! I feel forced to go to this Starbucks since its on my way to work. But the service is pretty horrible, the employees speak to you with an attitude, and God forbid you don’t order the drink they way the say it on the inside… they corrected me like if I was some idiot bc I don’t speak coffee house lingo.
And the drinks vary. Every time I get there I hope and pray my drink tastes good. It’s hit or miss depending on who’s working or the mood they’re in.
Hopefully upper management reads these and they do some serious retraining

Love Starbucks but this drive thru needs more personnel. Super busy and they take forever.

Always good for a coffee… It was so good coffee maker and fast. They are loud, so i can here clearly when they called my name. i am always happy with my orders. High recommended

Awesome place, always a great service and the order is out super fast… I love this place is not only super close to my house but it doesn’t takes me less than 5min to get my order

A few nights ago I get to this location around 9 and the doors are locked. I knocked on the door and one of the baristas tell me that they close at 9 now. This store never updated their times on here and google. I literally parked at 9. And they couldn’t even offer me coffee. Unacceptable.

If it were possible, I would give this Starbucks zero stars. After 3 attempts the coffee order was incorrect. Requested a refund and that was incorrect too. Couldn’t bother for a fourth interaction with this crew. AWFUL!

Always does a good job, very nice and attentive, usually the same crew every time I come so familiar faces!

Not all Starbucks are created equal and I’m glad this one can make my iced coffee the way I like it! Now, if only they could get their staffing on par.
As a former Starbucks barista I know all too well the pain of people with complicated drinks, which is why I try to keep my order fairly simple. I always order an iced coffee with two raw sugars and a splash of coconut milk. Super simple, but somehow many a barista has screwed it up. I’m so grateful my nearby Starbucks can make my drink without giving me a confused look! Big plus in my book.
Now the actual baristas working here are another story. None of the people I’ve dealt with are friendly and most of them seem very unhappy about their jobs. Look I get it, Starbucks doesn’t pay very well and it’s not the most glamorous of jobs, but it’s a job nonetheless. It just makes me feel uncomfortable sometimes when I try to be friendly with the staff and I don’t get much in return.
Also, the prices here are more expensive than any other Starbucks I’ve been to. Probably because it’s Miami, but just be prepared to pay a little more than usual.
The coffee is good so I’ll for sure keep coming back for my daily iced coffee. It would just be nice to see some smiles every once in a while!

I wanted to try the coffee that my friend had when I was in New York, so I decided to stop by here and see if they had it, unfortunately they did not but when I asked the girl if she could try making it, she said yes and it was close to perfection!
The only problem was they were poorly staffed and customers were in line for a while, the girl who’s taking orders inside is the one helping drive thru customers as well, and it’s not nice to hear them argue among each other and complain about their daily routines in front of customers… Too much caffeine I guess!

Drive thru is horrible especially in the afternoons and their excuse for making you wait 10 minutes I kid you not is that they’re low on staff, what does a person not doing the job right and not scheduling the correct amount of people has to do with me waiting IDK ugh.

I really like this flavor of roast coffee. I often bought one bag and use for a long time incase i don’t have time to pass by Starbuck. Taste so good. I got it because one of nice employees here recommended it to me. Nice and relax place always for coffee break. I also enjoy the caramel handmade cake. It tastes really good.

Drive through line took forever at lunch time for a simple cup of coffee. On my next visit I parked and went in. They seemed to be understaffed. The table with sugars, cocoa, cinnamon etc was not clean. I seldom go to sbux because I find their coffee average at best and overpriced. After this experience I guess I will go even less often.

Drinks were delicious! I used the drive thru and the service was friendly and quick. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because our cups had syrup all over them. I recommend checking the cups before sending them out.

This place is very close to my job but i stopped going because they barely put coffee in my iced caramel macchiato. I guess they are saving coffee. But if you like your iced latte light then this is the place to go. I on the other hand prefer a decent amount of coffee with my order.

I always come to this starbucks in the mornings, the drive thru line moves pretty quickly & they usually get my iced vanilla latte just right!

That the slowest service ever and all staff is very rude!
Will immediately go to another coffee shop but this is the closest one to my work.

Lukewarm coffee and oatmeal – when I asked for them to be remade, they did it but weren’t apologetic – unacceptable.

Came here to study and the baristas were extremely rude and loud. Two of them wouldn’t stop touching each other and then there was one girl that was just clapping for 30 minutes. Worst place to sit and feel focused. The most I learned was how annoying one of their mother’s New York accent was to them. They were throwing things around and being extremely sloppy at work. I understand exactly why so many people were getting up and leaving.

I go to Starbucks a lot & am always treated nice. This Starbucks is on a whole different level. The woman with long black hair & bright red lipstick on ¹¹⁄₃ at around 11:15am was the rudest human I’ve ever come across. She asked «what do you want» then turned away & started doing something else. It just got worse from there. I don’t need to go on as the poor reviews from this Starbucks location seem to tell it all. Starbucks manager give your employees a class on customer service!!! Don’t go to this Starbucks, go anywhere else.

Pit stop here for coffee while in Miami. Ordered one of my standards: caramel macchicato with extra caramel. They seemed to make my drink tasted funny, didn’t really give me extra caramel… and well. my drink tasted more milky than anything. didn’t taste the expresso/​coffee AT ALL.
Was a bit disappointed… but we had already left before I drank it. :(
